I rarely leave any review at all, much more so a negative one, but I'm sorry to say that this taco bell has an issue with management. I was in a bit of a hurry so I put in a mobile order to drive through and received someone else's order. Ugh..the line was into the street so I called instead of wait through the line again. I had spend over 15 dollars so I made sure my mobile order was canceled, but since it was received (by someone else) I couldn't get it refunded. On the phone, Josh told me to go through the drive through and they'd give me my order for free. Even though i knew i had no time, I went back in line but had to leave before I could get back to the window. I called again and simply asked for a refund instead of the food. A different person answered this time and said she had to ask the manager. She didn't put me on hold or anything so I heard a whole conversation between her and Josh that consisted of him cursing twice and than telling her to hang up on me. I could understand stagf are tired and its late and its been a long day, so not wanting to deal witha Karen is one thing but up until this point I had been very kind and patient (I'm not just saying that for the review) she argued with him clearly thinking that that was rude. She then abruptly hung up without responding to me because she was told to. After that I got rather frustrated ( usually id say whatever, but im a broke college kid and spening that much isnt something i can do often especially when i didnt get my food) Immediately i called back and said I wanted a refund. In a way that was much less patient I'll admit. I'm not eating someone else's order ( the order I received was not vegetarian and mine was) she full on yelled at me and said she didn't know what to do because apparently someone else had already gone inside (wait! Inside. Hmm i said i was in a hurry and they said wait.in the line again) and they picked up my order twice?? I still never got my almost 20 dollar refund and didn't have time to...
Read moreI am a truck driver.I work very late hours and often the staff will take my order by me walking up to the drive thru. They close the lobby at 10pm.Tonight the lazy male worker with the long black pony tail refused to simply take my order.I always park my semi in clear view from the window to make it obvious that I simply cannot fit my vehicle under the awning.I park it there so the employees can see I'm not just some homeless guy just walking up. There were no cars or customers present, the parking lot was empty. In the past, whenever cars were in the drive through,I would patiently wait until everyone was gone before walking to the window. I understand policies or whatever and perhaps while they're in place.But is that really how we treat our truck drivers that are just trying to get lunch? Had it a been a fire truck or an ambulance that couldn't fit their vehicle..Would I have been treated the same?Or would they have been allowed to eat? There is a sweet lady that i believe it's the not manager there, she always takes my order when I park my truck and walk up there.She was not there tonight, perhaps more empathetic employees like her would give this location and all locations a more ethical reputation. I've driven a truck for fourteen years, and i've walked up to a lot of drive thrus because I couldn't fit and i've always gotten kind understanding employees.We are humans too. I asked for soft taco was given a crunchy one instead I called spoke with Store manager on the phone her name was Rain whom also took my order and was very rude to me on the phone told me not to yell at her when i wasn't was simply on car bluetooth speaker she told me the food was all freshly dropped which was a complete and total lie then when i asked her for corporate phone number proceeded to tell me she was busy id have to wait to get the number from her she then said my food can be replaced at a later time I told her I was hungry now and would like it replaced and she flat out told me i couldn't come get my food replaced if I would yell at her and her staff otherwise I would need to come some other time this entire time i was completely calm and respectful while she was extremely rude to me Guess she expected me to go hungry after playing in my food. She needs to be fired and someone else needs to run this store if this is how your store manager treats a customer who has been eating there for years and is a weekly regular I was not impressed at all with this kind of service I've not ever wrote a review before this will be my 1st time because...
