Worst Dos Bros and I’m tired of it. And it’s consistently terrible. Terrible customer service too. Terrible portions!!! They want $10 for a lame EXTRA SMALL burrito. Want to charge extra for queso (which is totally fine, I’ll pay extra) but for not even a HALF full scoop of queso is just unacceptable. Barley any queso. Same with guacamole. Same with rice and beans and everything else that you ask for. I always have to ask for more rice and/or beans!!! And then they get mad! Y’all need to take these reviews seriously and get some new workers. It’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable to pay $10 for a burrito that is as this small-- if not smallER- than a Taco Bell bean burrito. Usually, as a female, if I go yo any other Dos Bros I’m able to cut mine in half and save the other half for later. Not here!!! Never!! Bc it’s THAT SMALL. If I go to the Cleveland location, I can save my other half for layer. And just imagine, if I’m a female and always eat this entire (super extra small) burrito, just imagine how much my fiancé feels gypped bc men are usually able to eat the entire burrito in one sitting. And my fiancé is tired of it too. He is always like “omg this isn’t even a burrito!!! I cannot believe they are allowed to give you this and think this is acceptable.” And honestly, it’s always these same 3 ladies that work here doing this to the customers. These 3 ladies that are always here, and have been here for some years and they are always making these lame SMALL burritos, charging you extra but not giving you at all what your paying for, being rude, don’t want to be there, they don’t even acknowledge you as a person and say “welcome” or THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OUR BUSINESS, it’s always these 3 ladies that I see -— and they truly need to get rid of them. After ordering online and my order going to this store instead of the store I was near a headache began, and I will never ever use this location. I went into the location I had wanted my food to be fixed at only to discover it went to this location instead. The manager at the other store said no problem just call them and ask to cancel the order and we will fix it for you. I called and the lady who answered the phone kept talking between who I am guessing was the manager on duty at the time and myself. She kept relaying the message that I was not in the area, and that I would not be able or coming to this store for the food. A man then takes the phone and tells me that the food is already made and I can come get it. I tell him I am over 30 minutes away and I am not driving that far, and I explain that I had ment and clicked the order to go to a different location. He proceeds to tell me that it is not possible for him to have received my order if I wanted and placed it at a different location. (This actually happens to myself and my sister more and more frequently 😟) He then keeps telling me the food has been made, and that they will not cancel my order, that I should have called before they made it. I work at chipotle so thought I’d try this place and compare. First off the food was amazing, but not as spicy as chipotle. The chicken wasn’t as good and there was a bone in one of the pieces. The queso was better here and not spicy at all which is fine to me. They have a thing Monday’s where you can get an entree for $5.95, and I think chips and a drink are included in the meal which is definitely a plus. The music here is much more tolerable than at chipotle, I would actually call it music. My only complaint is the employees. They’re not very friendly and don’t look very presentable. I was sitting down eating and could here a couple of them getting a drink in the lobby and complaining about customers they had today. I could hear them clearly from across the restaurant!
