Our daughter has been enrolled at The Learning Experience Collierville since May 2023 at the age of 10 months. During our tour of the facility, both Madeline and Patrice, who were infant teachers at the time, provided a warm and welcoming environment. Over the past two years, the facility has consistently been clean, bright, and designed to stimulate young minds. The variety of activities, including arts and crafts and outdoor playtime, supports learning and developmental milestones. The teachers engage well with each child, demonstrating their training and passion for early childhood education. There have been concerns about the center's stability due to frequent changes in leadership. It is recommended that the current owners prioritize addressing high turnover rates. By focusing on leadership stability, offering more professional development opportunities to staff, and fostering open communication, The Learning Experience Collierville can strengthen relationships with parents. Despite leadership changes, the teachers have remained consistent, providing security and familiarity for the children. I’ve never written a review before so when the staff asked if I would to be honest I was quite hesitant. I was a parent who was afraid of entering my child into daycare because of all the horrible things we see on the news and just past experience within our family lives. However, when my family relocated to the area we discussed our options and saw that enrolling our daughter into the program would be a great opportunity for her and for me. I met the director “Ms. Dominque” , who assured me that I wouldn’t regret my decision. Several months later I just ripped the bandage off. My daughter started off with “Ms. Diane”, she’s heaven sent! No exaggeration my daughter loves her. With her help and what we practice at home my two year old is now in the Preschool program with “Ms. Carole”, who’s also heaven sent. The women at this facility is nothing but amazing words can’t express how grateful my family are!! If you hesitant on enrolling your child/children please don’t be. The entire staff here is just amazing, and so welcoming! Thank you all for the hard work and dedications you give...

Due to some changes in our old daycare, we found ourselves looking for a new place to care for our babies. We moved to TLE 2 years ago because we heard so many wonderful things about the center and already knew so many of the great teachers. They far exceeded our expectations and our son learned so much under Ms. Denise and Ms. Elise! He started Kindergarten this Fall and has been well prepared in writing skills, reading, and math. He loves school and I think this is in part to loving TLE and the experience he had there.

We’ve now started over in the infant room and I’m amazed at the variety of fun activities the babies get to do including sensory bags, painting, and even tie dye! The communication app has been great and I love knowing what my baby has been doing during the day - from nap times to feedings.
