For the past ten years, I have had great experiences at this restaurant. However, I went on Tuesday and bought two milkshakes with my order. When I received my order, I noticed that I only had one milkshake. She told me that I only paid for one. I told her that I didn’t want to hold up the line, and that I was going to pull over to check my receipt. I did see that I paid for two on my receipt, but I had to leave. As a result, I decided to call and let them know. A white male answered the phone, and I explained to him what happenEd. He told me that I would have to bring the entire cup holder back because he said that I received both milk shakes. Even after he saw the cup holder and my receipt, he still refused to give me my milkshake. I was upset about this, and he kept trying to tell me to speak to him nicely even though he wouldn’t give me my milkshake. He tried to make me leave, but I told him that I wasn’t leaving without my milkshake or a refund. I told him that he could look on the camera to show that I didn’t receive it. A lady came out and tried to help me, but he wouldn’t allow her to help me. Two men came from the back came out and pretty much took his side. Nobody apologized. He finally gave me my milkshake, and I left. I called customer service, and I received an email for a free brownie. I’m sorry, but that’s not good enough. That guy needs to be reprimanded or fired for accusing me of lying about a milkshake. He does not represent the chick fil a brand like the other employees I’ve dealt with there over several years. Read moreFood is good, as usual. Chick-fil-A food is always consistent and I appreciate that about them. BUT this location is the exception to the norm in that it is absolutely awful. They brought out the ice cream before our food, 10 minutes later, they brought out the food. They never brought out the drinks, so I had to go stand in line to get the drinks. By the time, I got to the table, the food was no longer hot. Forget getting a refill. The place is crawling with so many people and the employees are so overwhelmed, I didn’t even bother to try. They had drinks covering every inch of counter space, so I think an employee was not delivering the drinks with the orders. There is not enough parking or seating and no playground. I had to park in an adjoining parking lot. I felt claustrophobic while I was inside because there was so many people. It wasn’t a special occasion. It’s always like this at lunch, so I try to avoid this location usually. Never again. Food good, but avoid this location if you can! It’s not the fault of the employees/ it’s just not a big enough location for the amount of people it serves. Also, the cars turning into Chick-fil-A get backed up and causes a traffic jam. He refused to prepare and bring out a curbside order that was placed before 9 pm on the app as we arrive to pick it up at 9:02 and indicated arrival time as same on app. At the same time we arrived at spot Chance sn employee was delivering curbside to another customer after 9 pm.. Amy issue was Evans snide, arrogant unaccomadating, no Christian like demeanor in his handling is this situation. My issue was the app acceptes my payment as it stated the order had to be placed before 9. No where did it say I could not pick up said or at 9:02. I asked Chance to check on the order… he took 5 mins to come out and relay a mess to go through drive through. Hints the time he took to relay the message he could have brought the 21.+ dollar order to me. I sent him back and asked for manager, he never returned hence Evan comes out, I explained he did not care about looking at this situation as an exception to the rule. He offered to cancel the order vs bring it out . And refused to provide me with Grants name initially the owner/operator may be. Shame on you. Chance delivered to a white customer after 9 at curbside, why not make an acception for the black curbside customer and explain how we should order...
