I purchased 4 bottles of product several months back. The cost was $450. Last week, they charged me another $450. I’m assuming it was for some sort of automatic reorder. I never signed up for that. I made a one time purchase only.
I called the corporate office and they told me to return the product. I told them that 1) I don’t have any product and 2) I work on the road and if they did send product, it would probably be stolen or eaten by cows before I could get back.
I called my bank and canceled my card. I also contacted the BBB in Tennessee. Turns out that this company has many, MANY complaints failed against them from consumers for exact same thing. I read through them and EVERY time, this company’s corporate staff threw the independent rep under the bus.
