Mystic Vapes — Local services in Collinsville

In February of 2016 I gave Mystic Vapes a 1 star review. Now, in September of 2019 I am doing something I seldom do, reevaluating my review. Let me by saying in May my dog slipped a disc in her back. Her medication was not helping/made her miserable. We learned that CBD treats have been known to help without the severe side effects of muscle relaxers. We searched tirelessly for somewhere that would have CBD treats and had no success until finding out Mystic sold them. I was reluctant to even check it out due to my experience years before, but my old pup was in pain and I was going to avoid them if they had something that could help. When we got there and told the owner our story, she was so sympathetic to our problem (she is very much a dog lover) and was beyond helpful in the situation. We had been so stressed about everything, and she was so knowledgeable of our plight. It was the first time we felt relief in the situation. It was such a great experience I decided to give them another shot for my vape needs. Fast forward to today, I was needing juice and just moved to the area. I decided to swing by there rather than drive over to my usual vape shop. The guys there were nice and very helpful. I often try new flavors and told them a few things I look for. They suggested something I wouldn't have even been looking for (lemonade flavor, I usually go for fruit flavors). I was surprised by the price (lower than what I was expecting) and talked to them about their selection of dog CBD treats. All and all a great experience, I'm happy I decided to give them another try, and will be back...

I’ve been going to Mystic every other week for 3 years. The shop is clean, inviting; an undeniably professional establishment. While you’re there, grab a punch card for vape juice purchases & receive double punches and half off the “Juice of the Week” every Sunday. I’m able to use the card for free juice every time I visit. Within the 1st few months I had to dedicate an entire bookshelf to my “Mystic Vapes stockpile”, all for around $30 a month. The employees and owners are super humble, welcoming, customer-oriented, and always happy to answer questions or help you out ANY way they can. Mystic isn’t only my #1 choice for customer service, quality products, variety, and thrifty deals. They go well out of their way to make genuine connections, offer trusted advice, and have a low turnover from what I’ve witnessed. I assume the employees are as happy as the customers (that’s something extraordinary). This is THE go-to place for newbies as well. I can’t open jars by myself so having people to help me switch out coils and repair mods/tanks is a huge plus! Not to mention, there are a couple stellar beards behind the counter. You can always trust a man with a well groomed beard ;) Thanks for taking care of me, beards and babes...

Absolutely phenomenal service, and if they don't have what you're looking for they'll actually take the time to pick up their phone and call around FOR you.

The BEST part about this place is that you can try PREMIUM juices before buying them. Now I will say that the test tanks they use do NOT reflect the flavor you'll actually get from your device, but on the flip side; They encourage people to bring THEIR OWN RDA's in and drip the juices STRAIGHT from the bottle. TALK ABOUT FIRST CLASS!!

They have a great selection of mod kits and sub-ohm tanks, while stocking a common selection of the most popular RDA's/RTA's. If you're a coil builder, I can't say they have the best selection, but nobody else does.

They also have batteries that MOST people would need (Common 18650's in 20A and 25A continuous discharge rates).
