Went through drive thru. I can sense a lot of attitude from the person speaking through the intercom. We got the 20 dollar family meal. 7pc chicken 4 biscuits and two mashed potatoes. I asked could we swap sides. She rudely responded with no. We pull up to window. Lady at window seemed nice. I asked her if I could swap sides. She politely respectfully said she couldn’t due to it being a special. No problem. We get our bag of food and go home. Of course the biscuits are missing. I call the store. Person that was on intercom answered the phone. I told her what was missing. She asked if I was willing to come back up for replacement. I asked her will I be getting a new meal she said no just the biscuits. I told her to door dash the biscuits to me then because why should I waste my gas going back up there for their mistake. She told me no that I can call back to speak to management on Monday. But our food is wrong NOW. Told her I wanted refund and I’ll be up there. I get up there. Doors are locked. She yelling go through drive thru. I pulled up to front window. She starts yelling, I start yelling. She threatens to call police. All I want is my refund for their mistake. Mary comes to the window to speak to me. She’s polite and nice. The other girl told her to come back in. I waited until the cars in drive thru moved on. Attitude girl comes to window. I hand her my receipt so I can get my refund. Cook walks up. Nice guy. He spoke to me with respect. I spoke to him with respect and explained to him why I was so upset. It’s the attitude this girl has. She has no respect for people. She doesn’t know what customer service is. It’s all about tone and words. I do t know what kind of day she was having nor do I care. I paid for something I should receive it. If not give me my money back. The cook and I had a great understanding. I don’t give a crap about 4 biscuits. I do care about how I’m being spoken to. So if she wants to have attitude for no reason then she will get attitude right back. I left without receiving a thing. The lady still has my receipt. Total was 22.07 I believe. I leave for work Sunday but will be back Tuesday. I expect to receive my money when I return. Management can reach out to me to rectify...
Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE NO MATTER WHAT!! I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant's lack of customer service, kindness and general aptitude. This location did not have the double down. Which is fine. However, I was still charged for it and was not notified they do not have this item. Even though I entered my complete contact info through the app, but apparently it was for no reason because, "Employees at the restaurant do not receive that information." as the manager stated very rudely, like I was supposed to know that. So what is the point of entering my contact info on the ordering app? Now, I am out whatever the double down costs. I did not receive an apology, a coupon or any condolences for this hassle whatsoever from this location's staff. Instead I was told "Call corporate for a refund." by the manager. Then I was "welcomed" by an exaggerated eyeroll and loud audible huff by one of the young and terribly rude workers standing behind the manager when I asked why I wasn't called and informed. Read morePlaced order, waited 15 minutes then asked counter person Desean about it and she snapped at me "Don't you see all of these other people?" I was surprised at her rudeness as were several people in line. I waited another 8 minutes and when it was ready she tossed the bags onto the counter. I asked for ketchup and she picked up 2 and tossed them in the bag. She was coughing down the front of her shirt (I guess she thought that would prevent germs) and complaining that her head hurt and that she had been on duty a long time. I could not help her with those things and really don't want to hear it. I understand it is a minimum wage job, but seriously, if you don't want to do it, find someone else. The manager was working the drive-thru and seemed oblivious to everything. Desean is someone you don't want representing you at the counter. Maybe she needs to be back out of earshot of the customers. She will destroy your reputation and your brand, because I am not the only customer who feels this way.
