e had reservation for The Play for Bowling and Dinner. When we got there was a large party in our shared lane..We asked the waitress twice to clean our table top prior to sitting there… the lanes had a cleaning sign up but no one was cleaning anything between games..or in shared space? THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG with the water at the Play. It smelled terrible and tasted worse..Some of the water tasted ok and our server said the machine dispatches a funny tasting water and the Tap water is very good. What kind of 4 star resort has a terrible tasting water? We were there a month ago and the same thing happened the water tasted terrible..during our time bowling we didn’t see the waitress for a while and had to go to the front desk to order appetizers. Then we started at 3:30 they assured us we would have 2 hours..the game shut down at 1Hour ..50 minutes so no one got to do the 10th frame ..$350 which has a 20% service change added but no one would say that was a gratuity.. Then we went to our dinner reservations at 5:30 at the Play..we ordered Bread to start..he brought 2 baskets but no plates? I had to go to the bar to get some plates for our table…. the butter was a frozen round balls..try cutting them without it shooting across the table..first time humorous the next not so much. We then waited for almost an hour for our food..the Mac n Cheese was Tempid..one burger was suppose to be medium and it was WELL DONE..The birthday boy ordered meatloaf that was Burnt. I had to go ask Alfonso at the front desk to take it back and off the bill.. Mediocre at best for $500 worth of cheese burgers we should have had excellent service and excellent food..Not so..Falling Stars for...

Read moreI had high hopes for this place, but wow—what a disaster. Ordered the brisket sandwich, the Wagyu burger, and a kid’s spaghetti, and every single item was a letdown.
The brisket sandwich was dry, flavorless, and somehow still greasy? The meat was tough, like it had been sitting out for hours, and the bun was stale. Not a hint of smokiness or seasoning—just bland, chewy disappointment.
The Wagyu burger was a joke. If that was Wagyu, then I’m the King of England. Overcooked to a sad, gray hockey puck, and the toppings did nothing to save it. Might as well have been a fast food burger at five times the price.
And the kid’s spaghetti? Somehow both watery and clumpy at the same time. No seasoning, no effort, just plain noodles with what tasted like canned tomato sauce dumped on top. My kid took one bite and asked for snacks at home instead.
For the prices they charge, this meal was straight-up robbery....
