Update: Went to get some needed items for the house and new plants in early June. The total came to almost $200, which I was going to use a 3x points coupon. When the person working the register asked for my number, they didn't confirm the number or my customer name. Therefore, I wasn't able to use the coupons I had attached to my account, or the points bonus. So now, I don't have my purchases for that order on my account and someone else earned those points...

This place is always priced pretty high, the staff is great. My biggest complaint is when you call nobody ever seems to know what they have and what they don’t, as a customer this is incredibly frustrating seems a COMPLETE store walkthrough with some quizzes should happen upon hire. I will definitely keep visiting this store but to avoid the frustration I’ll just go in over the phone it’s impossible to find out if you truly have an item when you talk to multiple people and get multiple answers this has happened...
