I really am glad Brokelyn finally got a business that's not gonna go out of business. I see so many people try opening the most ignorant businesses in this village. It cracks me up. The banks around here must love it. Having someone put themselves into debt over a cupcake shop or another boutique 😂🙄. That's what I call empty nest syndrome at its worst. To put all your eggs into a bad business is just foolish. So to see this farm store thriving. I'm thinking someone has some common sense for the area they're currently living in. I specifically shop there for pet stuff. They have a HUGE selection of stuff for your furry friend's. You can also bring your dog or cat in there with you. If you're mature enough and have actually trained them to act right in public. I've seen some bad dogs there. Makes me sad and angry. Then seeing their owners playing dumb about their dogs behavior. Was in this store earlier today and there wasn't a single employee in the store. I asked a customer if they had seen any employees. He said no, that if I needed assistance I would have to go knock on the employee door. There were three employees standing around chatting in the back stock room not doing anything but hiding. As soon as the rude employee said they didn't have what I was looking for she turned and went back to the stock room. As I walked out I noticed there wasn't even anyone at the cash register so I guess it's a good thing I didn't want to buy anything. Store is useless. This seems to be the norm...

First of all, I want to say that that I am a loyal customer. That being said, I am boycotting the Brooklyn location forever due to an employee who's name is Jess. (Have fake eyebrows and looks to be 20-24yrs old). Apparently, it's not a family place to bring your family. Never had a single issue with any of the employees or higher management with my child playing with the lawn mowers. I have been trying to decide on a mower the entire season and thanks for the rude experience of Jess, my final decision has been made. Absolutely not returning to that...
