PNC Bank — Local services in Columbia Township

By far WORST bank in the area. Every female teller looks depressed, very mean scowls and not pleased to be at thier jobs. The one male teller appears to want to help and has decent customer service skills. Unfortunately I have to go this bank 3-4 times monthly and it's always a bad experience. All I do is deposits and withdrawls and they make you feel bad for doing simple banking transactions. NEVER a greeting, never a smile have i seen in the past 6 months. Extremely difficult to work with. No one can do anything but the branch manager who is never there. First time I thought it was a fluke but it appears to be the culture of PNC or at least this branch. We opened an account with them because of the convenience of the ATM's in UDF stores but they are not worth the trouble. Our credit union is great to work so we keep most our banking there but they don't have the ATM's. Stock Yard Bank has free ATM's. Any ATM anywhere in the world is free so there is where we are going....

This pnc sucks! They need to be closed. Permanently the absolute worst. They lie about there hours and now there not open on Saturday? The only pnc in town because you closed the Fairfax one.
