My experience here was less than stellar. My family and I were visiting the area and decided to eat here as we heard the food was good. Things started out well, and then swiftly went downhill. One person in our party was served the wrong meal, OK, no big deal, it happens.

We all got our food, but there was a fan overhead on high, and it made the space cold (I put on a sweater and was still chilly), and it was also causing our food to quickly get cold. I asked the waitress if the fan could be turned off for the above reasons, and she said she'd check on it. Well, she never came back to say what could be done, so because our food and our persons were cold, my husband turned the fan off. A few minutes later, a different staff member comes out and tells us the owner "saw from his security camera", that the fan had been turned off and was upset and wanted it back on. My nephew asked if we could turn it back on after we finished our food and before we left. The staff member went into the back then came back out to again reiterate how upset and unhappy the owner was that we turned off the fan, and wanted it back on, as he saw from the security camera that it was still off. The staff member mentioned that the owner was angry at them (the staff) over this incident.

I must say, I've never had a restaurant so unwilling to accommodate its patrons and be considerate of their comfort. I, along with a couple others in our party, did not finish our meals because they were ice cold. As a side note, it's a bit creepy that the owner is watching the goings on of his establishment from afar, and chose a turned off fan to get bent out of shape over. In my opinion, if you are in the hospitality industry, you need to be hospitable. I did not get that from this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone who wants to have a comfortable experience where their food is inedible because it is ice cold...

This is a restaurant in our area competing with some other very similar venues such as First Watch and Wild Eggs Oakley. Somehow they have managed to stand out as unique and attractive in their own right. It's a favorite with my family. Their specialty seasoned bacons are amazing, as are their many creative dishes---Smart Starts, Benny's , Griddles, All American, Breakfast Sandwiches, etc. The common egg never looked so good! Love that the dishes also include calorie counts, and most very healthy options. The coffee is great! Service is efficient and friendly and over-the-top helpful. I ask for special accommodation on a favorite dish, always offering an up-charge, and they happily do it free. The ONLY thing I disliked is I'm not a fan of a new Irish Benny. It uses a hash that I literally was picking hard bits out of my mouth I couldn't chew, it was on the greasy side and left an unpleasant taste in my mouth for hours until I could get home to brush my teeth. My son who had one agreed. I believe it is a seasonal option not on the main menu, so will happily go away at some point. This place is always impeccably clean and cozy feeling. Their servers always greet with a smile and feel like "friends". A great place to go if you really want to visit with someone or discuss buisness over coffee as you dont compete with loud blaring music. They have a small private dining space that can accommodate a single large party. Minus the hash, they...

My husband came in this morning to obtain a door dash delivery where he proceeded to wait OVER AN HOUR for. During this time my husband was ignored multiple times while other customers were addressed. When his order finally came the manager felt it was appropriate to threaten my husband and to let him know he doesn’t “know she’s about that life and he better never come back.” Of course I attempted to call to speak with her but when staff answered the phone and I asked for the manager the young woman gave me attitude and put me on hold for over 30 minutes til I hung up. I understand we’re all going through a hard time right now and if the manager was justified I wouldn’t be making this review. My husband did not get rude with staff once but was persistent since he was waiting for an hour which obviously annoyed staff who went and tattled to their over entitled manager who obviously needs a lesson in professionalism. I will be sharing our experience with the community as well until something has been done. My husband is a kind patient soul who did not deserve...

My daughter & I were looking for a fun "new" breakfast spot while we were in the area & picked this place & so glad we did! My daughter got a cold brew with vanilla cold foam & i got a caramel iced coffee, both of which were amazing. We got the biscuit flight to share bc duh. She got the lemon blueberry pancakes with sausage links & I got the salted caramel & banana waffles with bacon. It was all to die for & came out quick & hot! Mia was our server & she was so cute & super sweet! All these comments about it being too cold... I ALWAYS take a sweater with me to the restaurant when I go out to eat. It's really not that difficult.

Dang! I wanted a locally owned place, we went here. I was really surprised at the terrific service and outstanding food. I don't mean good. It was GREAT. Our waitress, a pretty Hispanic looking woman with a beautiful name (that sadly I forget!) was waiting every table - and answering the phone! - she was wonderful! 4 of us, we all got different breakfasts, all were 100% correct and delicious! So good- nom nom nom! Remember - when you think about shopping local - even a franchise pays local taxes, employs local folks, etc. A+ from them today!

Came here 7/12/25 had the stuffed French toast which was awesome. The “candied bacon” was just plain cooked bacon with sauce on it. Apparently they don’t know the definition of candied bacon. They were out of Pepsi WOW and their sweet tea was missing the sweet and tasted so watered down it was pathetic it tasted nasty. According to the receipt my servers name is “Fe” she didn’t seem thrilled to be here and seemed not to care about anything saying “oh well” when bringing issues to her attention
