BIGGBY COFFEE - Wooster Pike — Restaurant in Columbia Township

Don't get me wrong, I love Biggby. However this location and I'm not sure about other locations but every time I go I get ASKED if I would like to leave a tip. Now I don't mind tipping at all, when the job is done good. However they ask me to tip before I've received any of my order. In my eyes this is not fair to the customer. First feeling the pressure to tip from a worker asking you directly when you don't even know if you'd like to. Not to mention half the time when I do receive my order it is wrong. I’ve been coming to this Biggby regularly since the location opened, but a few days ago I was in line and witnessed what appeared to be the manager firing one of his employees. I felt this was very unprofessional to cause a scene in front of the customer line, just a few feet away from the drive thru speaker. Stopped by this coffee shop for the first time yesterday to get a large sugar free mocha coffee. I did not go in but used the drive through so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. I can tell you the staff working the window were friendly and helpful. The drink was good and made to order correctly. I wish other coffee shops would offer sugar free syrup options but hey they are not Biggbys. This is a good alternative for your coffee fix and may even become your favorite. ...
