Update this comment was made over a month ago and viewed by the location owner and they are just now adding there automatic response of supposed concerned. I've been in the store several times and that employee that helped me/ mess so much up would not say anything and hurry to leave. A fellow employee even questioned about her leaving then. It may have been a coincidence but she looked at me and did not acknowledge me needing to make an appointment to fix the issues.
Very unhappy with my servce at this store. I have stopped in multiple times having issues with contacting AT&T and resolving issues via phone. Stopped by the store to try to resolve them she just gave me another number putting little to no effort in looking into my account. I was charged 2 bills for one month, was put on a first responders service and did not get the service and they don't know why. My speaker is messed up on a new phone just a little over a month old. I was given more numbers to call. She knew all that info without pulling up my account. If your not there to buy service she is not really interested in putting time...

He requested my identification and information, which I provided. He then informed me that the system prevented him from issuing a new SIM card, citing a fraud alert. I expressed my confusion, as I had given him all the necessary information and offered to provide more if needed. He stated that I would have to visit the AT&T store in Hattiesburg. I questioned why this was necessary and why he could not assist me at his location. He indicated that it was simply not possible, so I proceeded to the AT&T store in Hattiesburg. There, I explained my situation, provided my information, and was issued a new SIM card without any mention of fraud. Mr. Herring, I believe you could have handled this differently, and that your explanation was inaccurate. You say that your computer was showing fraudulent activity but I don't believe that. Then I get sent a bill for $750 ( it was supposed to be around $300) and find out that everything on my account had been incorrectly setup, he had added everything under the moon to the account without discussing any of it with us .
