Verizon — Local services in Columbia

Waste of time coming here, they send you to Hattiesburg for anything other than sales or simply call the customer service number for you and let you talk to their call center in India. They will tell you that you can get full service and everything in Hattiesburg but when you get there they cant help either and everything they can do is just mail you a new phone or tell you that even if you have the phone under warranty they cant help you just buy a new phone. The store has an amazing sell team yes, don’t let this distract you from the overall experience, every time I’ve been in this store there has only been one person working and with multiple customers. So it has taken me at least a hour minimum to even pay a simple phone bill. (I suggest a kiosk to pay phone bills without having to wait for a employee. If they had a simple kiosk I would have rated 4 out 5 stars. If they had more staff plus a kiosk they woulda got a whopping 5 out...
