Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Columbia

We were out driving and decided Pizza Hut pizza would be great.... And didn't want to try the app on the road. So we called and Heidi looked up our previous order and we added the other items we wanted ... She provided suggestions for the best value..... And we placed the order and it was cooked based on our arrival time. We have often enjoyed this Pizza Hut's food and service. But this one, ordered on a Saturday afternoon was even better that others.... I don't want to be disrespectful, but it's going to be difficult for this Pizza to be topped. When we opened the box, that pizza was worthy of a photograph.... But, we enjoyed it too quickly to photograph it ... This was around 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13th. We got two pizzas and two orders of bread sticks... Simply, the whole staff, did a great job..... But this one created a high bar and it seems to me, whoever prepared this order cares about and enjoys his or her job... It was good. In this world today, I don't generally have expectations that are too high; so this one order renews an old guy's belief in the fact that some employees actually do care about the work they do .... I will never stop at this Pizza Hut again.i called to place a simple order for wings. I got put on hold for 25 minutes, so I decided to hang up and call back. I got placed on hold again. I called from a different number and told them I would not hold. Was told to hold 2 minutes. Them was hung up on. I called again and told them I had been trying for now 30 minutes. Immediately all I got was attitude. So I sent my husband in and she sent him back out stating she told me it would be 10 minutes. That was a lie. I politely put my form of payment back in my pocket. My money isn't worth the headache to them. We came up this way because we had a tournament. It is safe to say I will not visit this...

Giving 1 star is pushing it. Please someone come in and rescue this Pizza Hut location. My family loves Pizza Hut but definitely not this particular location. Tables were gross and sticky. Salad bar had food scattered all over, even the floor. Several containers on the salad bar were empty and the place was not busy...my family and two other families dining inside.
