An absolute delight during one of the most frustrating times in my life. Locally owned been around forever, and they know what they’re doing commercial or residential. I had a gaming computer fixed this time around… having built a computer myself…. The owner is next level. The prices are absolutely wonderful, extra 980pro on top of re pasting padding wiring (THEME:going the extra mile) so less than 2 days, a cool night time guy, and the owner brought me to a snapshot of people being indignant with computers… if it’s less than 5 years old, I could probably work magic, but the M3 staff is special, like jayz2cents plus Columbia kitchen. I’d turn down almost any job, half the pay, to share and learn even unpaid interning- I legit learned just watching the pros work. fair as compared to an NZXT build or something along those lines if you want a part changed out. They can do custom water, cooling pipes and all kinds of stuff. It’s Jay, two cents workshop essentially. If I could work there, I would literally intern for free lol it’s just a very very comfy family type environment I’m grateful to have met them. There’s no middleman. You talk directly to the owners when you walk in most of the time, the remodel, the price (got a ss980 for low, and they’re always willing to custom order parts, and being established, so they will get what you need. Anyway can’t say enough good things I’ll end with : Columbia TN hid a microcenterTI from me lol! family owned, store data, plus commercial Applications/ networking. This dude is PC jedi . Plus they have mobile teams that can go on site. Easy to say , price presentation, and straight honesty… I know where I will have all my computer work done for the rest of my life and recommend people to as long as they’re kickin butt! I don’t care if you live in Nashville, come to M3 in Columbia and get taken care of with some southern hospitality...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of experiencing M3 Solutions' computer repair services in Columbia, Tennessee, and I must say, they deserve nothing less than a five-star rating. From the get-go, their professionalism was evident. The team, especially Brandy, was incredibly personable and professional. It was refreshing to interact with someone who not only understood my needs but also communicated in such a friendly and engaging manner.
Their communication throughout the process was impeccable. They consistently kept me updated on the progress, including the ordering of parts and precise timelines for the arrival and setup. This level of transparency is rare and much appreciated.
The technical aspect of their service was equally impressive. They did an amazing job mounting and setting up three monitors for my home office. The setup was flawless, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of my workspace.
When I requested a minor adjustment – lowering the monitors by six inches – their response was prompt and accommodating. They were back at my place within an hour to make the adjustments, ensuring everything was to my liking. This kind of customer-focused approach is what sets M3 Solutions apart.
Although their services were a bit on the pricey side, the quality of service, professionalism, and the sheer dedication to customer satisfaction made every penny worth it. It's a classic case of getting what you pay for, and with M3 Solutions, you're paying for excellence.
I wholeheartedly recommend M3 Solutions to anyone in Columbia looking for top-notch computer repair and setup services. Their team doesn't just deliver; they go above and beyond to ensure you're completely satisfied with every aspect of their service. Thank you, M3 Solutions, for such a...
Read moreWoke up one day to find out my daughter accidentally broke my liquid screen on my 9 year old macbook pro. I know, I know, it was old, but it still worked, despite having some issues. It got the job done, and I frankly wasn't looking to upgrade to an expensive brand new macbook. I was hoping I would get another 2 years out of it, wishful thinking. Anyways, I called right away and Brandy answered pretty quickly, and after I explained my situation, she quickly told me what the problem was, how the screen broke, since we did not drop it and diagnosed it fairly quickly. She gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to clone my old computer and transfer to a new one. Took the new computer to M3 Solutions, and If I would of taken it earlier, it would probably been ready same day, but took it after 3 pm, on a Friday, Memorial day weekend, so they did not have it ready until Tuesday right before closing, which is what they promised me. Mind you, the file itself was pretty large. So I was very impressed with how quickly and effectively they cloned the files to the new computer. They also gave me a very reasonable bid to replace my liquid screen on the old computer and to restore it back to factory settings, remove any viruses and hopefully now, get 2-4 years out of it as a back up/family computer. Last but not least, I wanted to share how friendly and kind they are. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their gadgets serviced or repaired. Will use them for our gadget needs from now on. Honest, efficient...
