Dollar General — Local services in Columbia

I visited this location today and I have never been told that my business was not welcomed there bc of my place of employment until today. I come to this location at least once a week usually right after I get off bc it is close to my mother’s house. There was a bald African American gentleman wearing glasses and a Caucasian lady with red hair wearing glasses working, as I entered the location the gentleman said “oh no stated my place of employment your services are not welcomed here”. I got to the counter to check out he never acknowledged my presence while checking out, he actually turned his head and begin talking to the lady with the red hair. I have never had that happen to me and it was very unprofessional. If this employee was joking it was not professional to say that to a customer regardless of where they work that is discrimination. Every single person who works here are the most rudest , disrespectful people that I have ever encountered at a store. They speak as if they are mad at me for them having to actually work and not be outside taking a smoke break. It's ridiculous. Yes I know every now and then we all have our bad days but theirs is constantly and they are always yelling or outside smoking at the entrance doorway. Never are organized and always charge you full price even if things are marked down and if you try to point it out they get even madder. It is not my fault nor anyone else's that you don't like your job or that you don't want to work. Therefore treat people the way you would like to can webe treated . Something is seriously wrong with how people respect others nowadays. I gave a two star only because I liked the manager who used to work here and I come here frequently only because it's the closest...

This is a pretty disorganized and dingy little store. While it isn't cluttered blocking aisles, cardboard and plastic were all over the floors and it looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks. On top of this, I wasn't able to get an item without a tag and the lady would not see if there was a way around it so I left.
