This place is a rip off.2 weeks ago My elderly father needed a recLiner to keep his feet up and make it easier to get up and down and the one we picked out was almost 400.00 and they wouldnt come down a dime.I go to the mail box today and now its on sale for 250.00 w/ limited quantities.This just goes to show that its all about the all mighty dollar and not helping people.I know things aren't free but it just ticks me off to talk people into anything to make that commission.I told him lets check around more but the salesman talked him into it like I wasnt there.This is the absolute worst furniture stores ive been in where the pushy salesman wont take no for a answer or follow you all the way to the door.Buyers beware of this store.100% RIP OFF ARTIST THAT STALK YOU ALL...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a headboard that was part of a full bed. But was told I could order just the headboard if that was all I wanted. Was told ahead if time that the screws didn't come with it. When it was delivered it didn't have the legs to the headboard that you screw into the frame either. No one seems to have an answer for me other than returning it. But I really want my headboard and if you pay for the headboard it should come with the legs when you offer it to be sold separately as an option. This is not right to your customer and should be taken care of by the store. Not by trying to get the customer to return it, but by getting the parts needed for the headboard you sold them or don't offer it...
