Parkade plaza has turned itself into a nice shopping complex on the business loop that at one point I feared needed to be bulldozed. When this place was empty and abandoned it was another scar on the business loop corridor. A relic from the past. But thanks to a remodel and the addition of MACC to the building it has definitely turned itself around. Now it houses several shops, a hardware store, a pizza place, and urgent care of Boone hospital. Most importantly, Moberly Area Community College has leased half the building for running classes.
