I called Ennis appliance about my LG washer that was leaking water. They were just super to deal with! The person that took my call was very knowledgeable and courteous. He set me up with a service call right away even though I had not bought the washer from Ennis. My repair man Zachary was also wonderful. He was on time, polite and professional. He quickly figured out where the leak was coming from. They had to order a part which only took a couple of days to come in and now I have a working washer again. Pleasure doing business with them. Update: I just bought a beautiful stainless steel refrigerator from Ennis and it was the easiest large purchase I ever made. I got a terrific deal, and the customer service is outstanding. I needed my Fridge delivered the next day, which was a Saturday and they did not have an issue with that. Delivery was free, they even hauled off my old fridge for free and the delivery people were just terrific. Love this company and will be buying all my appliance there...

We purchased a washer and dryer, when they delivered they had to use some force to get our washer and dryer in. The delivery ppl accidently knocked down the door trimming, we called them for months and was always told that we would get a call back and we never did. Finally they told us that they will not fix it because the delivery ppl said that they didn't do it and that it probably happened because our house has age on it. I would not recommend this company at all!
