I highly advised to never shop at this store. The delivery drivers are very careless and they do not care about your personal property. When entering the driveway they ripped into my retaining wall, destroying it. I have tried numerous times to reach out to them to take accountability for their actions. I have not heard from a single person. I am now reaching out to an attorney to deal with it because it is a very expensive fix And I should not be responsible for their negligence. I have everything on camera as well. So there’s no denying that it happened. It’s very upsetting that somebody, especially the owner of the company does not care about other people. I don’t know what is going on With people today. It’s a shame. I don’t make a lot of money, but I take care of what I have. The owner knows that I have this on camera, and here are the pictures as proof. This is not how you do business. This is not how you treat people. He even asked me to reach out to him personally and send pictures. I Did exactly what he asked. I understand that accidents happen, but you’re supposed to take responsibility. I have too many medical problems going on with myself right now to be dealing with this stress. Every time I look at it, I cry. It Isn’t just how bad it looks, it’s a retaining wall. My mother has spent thousands of dollars at this furniture store. She has also referred 3 people here. When purchasing the THIRD bedroom set the nephew of the owner agreed on a price and already accepted the money, when going to pick it up today the owner stopped my mother and I and stated that we need to pay more because he is getting more demand on the furniture so he decided to change the price and raise it. When I called him to try to resolve the issue he stated his nephew made a mistake. We have given this store so much business and money for the owner to be so unprofessional and change the pricing at his leisure. After spending thousands of dollars at this facility he decided to lose a family of loyal customers for a few extra hundred dollars. Do not give this store any business, they do not value their customers and over value...

Changed to 1 star because now you're arguing with me. Customers dont shop in the middle of the day? Make it make sense. You're hilarious. You were closing, I am not going to argue with you about you closing your store! 'Of course I was understanding'. It was an inconvenience to me and I did go somewhere else. Not the other location you mentioned but they did have good customer service in the middle of an actual emergency.
