Rude customer service. Went in this evening. Girl helping wasn't very friendly. Then, my son went to get his drink and there was no tea, which was the only reason he wanted a drink to begin with. I asked the younger gal working if they had more tea in back. I got a rude "no" along with an annoyed head shake. No apologies, nothing. It was around 8 at night and both tea dispensers were already emptied and cleaned out for the evening. However while making our sandwiches the gal helping us decided to call the other Subway to get more wheat bread from their location. So clearly they were going to be open for a while yet and the call couldn't wait a few extra minutes until she was dine helping us. Then to top it off I got home and found a hair halfway through my sandwich. Overall not a good experience. What happened to common courtesy and being nice and friendly? Read moreI went in around 4ish. The Hispanic gal worker greeted me with smile. I speak decent english, just with a bit of accent. The cold weather made my tounge difficult to pronounce better. The gal told me she cannot understand what I was saying and got really frustrated within few secs. So quickly that she really couldn't understand me telling her to put in spinach. She just wrapped whatever she could, she slammed her hands on the counter after I paid. Responded rudely to couple of my questions.
I was really hungry, its almost 4hrs past that I wont be able to eat the wrap she made for me with the anger on her face. I will just trash the wrap.
Later I went in to Super 8, got an egg roll and 4 pieces of fried chicken, the ladies at the counter were elderly and so patient, they understood what I said very well. we had a small talk as well on the cold weather.
Maybe the gal at subway is just used to hearing perfect accent and not used to even a tiniest bit of...
Read moreTonight I watched as a young man working in your store was verbally accosted by a female customer and the female employee working with him. He was made to admit that "men are weanies" in front of them and other customers in the store. After this happened, the female employee and the female customer disappeared into the back of the store leaving the male employee to run everything by himself. I realize everyone is entitled to their "opinion" but I found this highly unprofessional. I am uncomfortable returning to your store and I would not recommend your store to...
