The general manager in this place is completely unprofessional. I was getting served by another lady and she came to yell at her in front of me saying SHE was the general manager and whatever. Like lady, whatever happened between you two, TAKE IT TO THE BACK! I sat all the way to the other side of the food court and could hear the manager yelling at the other lady on and on, even when new people were standing in front of them. The power dynamics were a joke, the lady getting yelled at was super nice though (didn’t even complain or talked back to her in front of me), I feel terrible she has to deal with that on a daily basis. The manager needs to get relegated from that job cause that’s not how you treat customers...

I love this restaurant. The food is great and the people are nice, I just hate how they nickel and dime you. I went there today and ate at the food court. I went for a refill and they told me it was $1. I said okay. Then I decided to order some wontons. Then I heard someone else order wontons and they asked for the sauce. I said, oh yeah, can I get the sauce too. She said $.50. Then the lady behind me asked if yum yum was included, she said it was extra. Then I was like OMG. They gave me yum yum and I don't even eat it, did they charge me for it and I didn't even want it? I thought they just put it in w/your meal. This was hands down the best food I’ve had this month. Honey when I tell you presentation is key and sets the tone! My food was bagged so nicely inside this thick brown bag and everything was layered so neatly! I couldn’t wait to eat after seeing that! I ordered the 3 entree dish w/ orange chicken, honey chicken, steamed veggies, chicken rangoons w/ sweet and sour sauce, and fried rice. It was so good!!
