Tucker was very good in providing excellent customer service. I met Tucker after a different photographer made a mess of the photos we had commissioned him to do. The previous photographer (from a different company, by the way!) made a complete mess of the colors so they were not true to life, made my product look dirty even!!, and the perspectives were extremely awkward where my product was cut off at the edges. Tucker on the other hand, was responsive to my need for satisfying photos of the product. He shared each frame with me, to make sure I approved each photograph. He used various lenses to capture each product at its best. He heard what the selling points were for each product, and then responded by capturing that aspect of the product. He also heard what I was seeking in terms of photoshop correcting the colors to be true to life. He conveyed the message accurately to his teammate, the photo editor. His photo editor was responsive and made the photos come to life. And lastly, his other team member who facilitates communication between Columbus Pics and its clients--was very responsive to questions and concerns we had about the process. Tucker and Columbus Pics' work was totally worth the time and effort that went into making it all come together. They have earned my trust!!
