I wish this was a small business I could support and recommend because I do like their clothing. Their customer service is one of the absolute worst I've ever personally dealt with. I received tracking info about 2 weeks after ordering with the understanding that it wasn't going to be shipped just yet but "shortly", okay that's fine. But another at least week went by and my order STILL had not been shipped out so I emailed them for an update and got no response. After a few days of still waiting for a response or my order to be shipped, I noticed on their website that they had a new collection posted with a "guaranteed ship date" of that Friday (which was a few days later). Now I'm pissed because you have customers waiting weeks-months for their orders but you're offering guaranteed ship dates for brand new collections?! At this point I wrote another email to them, except it wasn't as nice as my first one and of course I got a response right away. No apology for lack of communication or even accountability for items taking so long to be shipped. Just a very short response of "there was likely an issue holding up my order". I responded letting them know accountability and a simple apology go a long way when running a small business and so does communication, which their reviews dating back to 2019 show they completely lack skills in all. Later that night they refunded my order without any notice or reasoning (wasn't even surprised to be honest). Really a shame because I was excited about the stuff I ordered. I could've gotten past the company's lack of professionalism and still recommended them to others had I received my items and liked them enough. Now they no longer have my business and I won't ever recommend them. I guess I should've listened to the reviews myself. I'll continue to give my money to GV and CLE Clothing instead for my local...
Read moreI placed an order in January. Was told it would be a slight delay. A month later, well beyond a slight delay, I reach out asking for a refund. And I was ignored,so I commented on their Facebook page my true experience with them, instead of reaching out, apologizing for their mistake, or even trying to rectify their failure in any way shape or form. They simply blocked me on facebook. And still were slow to act with no human response until I said I'd be contacting the BBB. Finally heard back from the company. Promising a refund. I contacted the BBB anyway since they had given me absolutely no faith that they would deliver as promised. To which I got a consecendibg "yOu mUsT nOt UnDeRsTaNd BaNk ReFuNdS" email. No you failures. I understand them perfectly fine. If you didn't 1. Lie to me 2. Ignore my attempt to make contact privately 3 block my on social media when I tried another avenue to get a refund and 4. Keep leaving me with absolutely no contact to know what was going on with my order, I wouldn't have filed it anyway. It's like they're dense enough to think they're lies, misleading and fraudulent advertising, and ignoring customers had absolutely nothing to do with any of this. Had an actual person responded to me, ever, at any point to actually address my concerns and why it had taken 4x as long as the promised 5 days shipping I'd be a returning customer. Read moreI ordered 3 sweatshirts in the middle of February. I know it may take time for them to ship due to the amount of orders they receive. At the end of February, I received a pre-shipment email that stayed in pre shipment almost the entire month of March. I emailed them asking about the pre-shipment after four weeks of seeing no change in the status and did not hear anything back. Finally saw a change at the very end of March when it said the package shipped. On April 5th, I got an email it was delivered but never received a package. I waited for a few days and still received nothing. I sent an email to check on the order and never received an email back. I checked with the post office and they said that the tracking number that I had was to a package that didn't have my name or address on it. I sent another email asking about that confusion and again never received anything back. I finally received an email today that one of the sweatshirts was being refunded due to not being available. I sent another email telling them that I still have not received any part of my order. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank due to not hearing back from the company in hopes that they would rectify the situation.
