I brought two phones with damaged displays to East Star Wireless: a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and a brand-new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra that hadn't even been activated yet. After a quick look at the S25 Ultra, the technician told me he could fix it for free. Within seconds, he removed the screen protector ā€” and to my surprise, the phone display underneath was completely undamaged. I had no idea a cracked screen protector could make a phone display appear broken or affect how it functions. A dishonest repair shop could have easily charged me $300+ for a screen replacement, and I wouldnā€™t have known the difference. But East Star Wireless was upfront and completely honest. Thanks to their integrity, Iā€™m not out hundreds of dollars ā€” and I now have a fully functioning phone. Iā€™m incredibly grateful and highly recommend their services. Businesses like this deserve to be recognized. Five stars for honesty and professionalism.

I walked in, work was done timely (1.5 hours) and $170 later ($5 discount additional) I left with my phone in perfect working order. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. East Star will always get my repeat and referral business. Thanks guys!

Terrible guys. Told us and even CIRCLED the return policy. Not even 2 hours later we came back to return them and we ā€œdonā€™t listenā€ apparently. & returns are for everything but phones. Why would you tell me and circle a policy when everything I purchased is ā€œnonrefundableā€ charged us $60 over actual price per phone. Terrible service, combative and walked away mid-conversation. Disgusting.

So I came into the store wanting to get rid of my old phone, which is a Galaxy Note 8. I asked the guy how much he sells these for, he said around $250. I would have gladly sold it to him for $50 since it has a cracked screen (which is the ONLY problem it has AND I was willing to include a charging cable and block) and he could have turned right around, repaired the screen (SINCE THAT'S WHAT THEY ADVERTISE THEY DO) and sold it for $200 profit easily. If I were them I would probably change the slogan of their business if they don't actually do anything they claim they do in order to keep from dealing with any civil litigation in small claims court. Doesn't matter to me either way since I'll just go sell it on Facebook marketplace or another app for...

The worse place to go to!!!! I got my screen fixed. Now I have an issue with my battery and my phone wonā€™t make calls and I canā€™t answer calls. They obviously did it on purpose so I can spend more money to get a new battery. Trust me guys DO NOT GO THEREā€¦. If they feel like scamming you they will!!!!!!!!
