If I could give 10 stars I would!! I have now ordered 3 different ring settings all customized to fit my special loose gemstones I had purchased previously. Nancy and Emily are amazing people who give the best customer service! It’s difficult to trust someone far away with your gemstones, and have to wait for the piece to be made! But do not worry, this business is top notch professional. More personalized than if I would’ve went locally. Her prices are very good for the perfection you’ll get. I LOVE that she uses genuine earth mined diamonds. I chose to upgrade the diamonds in one of my settings. Choose any type of gold you desire. Any size and shape stone you have, she can make your jewelry dreams come true!! There is a setting for any budget! She takes payment plans also! Have any setting made perfect for your stone! Believe me it will be worth your patience and trust. She continuously updated me and sent pictures of the process. She sent my rings so I’d have them in 2 days!! I am now a lifetime customer! I had a purple tourmaline, a tanzanite, and a green sapphire, all set into rings by Nancy. I can’t thank this business enough for being so outstanding in every way....

Met Nancy and her brother during my first time visit to a gem show and they were so sweet! ♥️♥️ they bought me and my friend a soft pretzel and were so knowledgeable on their jewelry. I can’t even begin to explain how many jewelry stores I’ve visited asking for specific stones and having the associate not know what I was talking about. I got a tanzanite ring with a matching pendant and I’ve been hooked ever since having her make all my dream custom pieces. 10/10 I recommend her every time somebody compliments my jewelry (and they always do). They offer payment plans if you don’t want to put everything down at once so the price stings a little less! They also clean my pieces every time I come to visit and are so down to earth. Can’t speak good on these two enough! I’m always emailing them to update my wishlist and the staff is always so helpful and accommodating with payments and putting my visions together. I was looking to purchase a ring for my GF and Nancy was absolutely tremendous in helping me out with it. My GF wasn't aware I was buying it. After committing to the first ring my GF showed me another she liked better. Without hesitation, Nancy helped switch my order and easily pay the difference. A week after ordering the ring, my GF and I broke up. Again Nancy helped me out with refunding me in full, no questions asked. You cannot find anyone else out there with customer service like this! While my need for the jewelry has now sadly parted ways, I will keep NNJ in my mind for the future and would not hesitate to deal with Nancy again.
