I went to this salon to have my hair dyed all black. At first, I was really happy with how it looked— great color, and styled. However, as I was leaving, I noticed my hair was still damp. It wasn’t the end of the world, I figured I would just have to go home and blowdry it myself, but it felt like something that should’ve been taken care of at the salon. The real issue came later. Once I got home and started getting ready to do chores, I put my hair up and noticed black dye all over my neck, the sides of my face, and my earrings. It was incredibly embarrassing and disappointing. Unfortunately, by the time I saw it, the salon was already closed. I called the next day and spoke with the manager, who was very kind and apologetic. He offered to have me come back in so they could remove the dye properly. I really appreciated the gesture, but I was heading out of town for the weekend and couldn’t make it in. I ended up scrubbing the dye off myself using alcohol pads. While I give credit to the manager for their professionalism and response, this really should not have happened in the first place. They left my hair wet and did not properly clean up—two things that really shouldn’t have happened if more attention had been paid during the appointment. It left me feeling frustrated and...

Overall the salon itself is great. Everyone is nice and I really like the products that they use. However, if you are just getting an all over color and root touch-up I personally would not go here again.

My roots are darker than the rest of my hair and looks almost like a shadow root rather than being even with the rest of my hair. After the fact my stylist mentioned if I really wanted vibrant hair I could have used bleach on the roots and that would have brightened it up. This was not an option presented to me at the start of my service even though I mentioned I wanted vibrant copper orange hair. My hair also came out a lot darker than I was wanting which is not a huge deal, and she even said if I wanted it to be brighter I could absolutely come back and have it fixed up. So that was awesome of her.

The application was nothing crazy, it was just a bottle that she squirted all over my head, which honestly I can do myself. I paid $135, not including a tip, to have the same quality I achieve at home.

Nothing against the stylist or the salon, I would go back for different services just not for one all over colo. I don't think it's worth...

They were a few minutes late to open the shop and once they let everyone in they made us wait few minutes more…. The girl who did my hair didn’t even introduce herself to me and behaved as if someone had made her to work on that day. She did not even come close to the color I wanted on my hair .. it seemed ok in their lighting and when I came home and shampooed my hair you could clearly still see my natural hair color in a big patch on right side of my hair that she tried to cover in the salon . Not pleased at all and my first time visit and my money was wasted.
