Flyers Pizza Hayden Run — Restaurant in Columbus

Very disappointed with this Flyers location. I placed an order at 5:30 this evening and received confirmation to pick up at 5:45. Pulled up to the drive thru window at 5:55 and the girl said she was still waiting on the garlic bread. She had me pull over into a parking space, because at this point the line behind me was 5 cars deep. I proceeded to wait in the car for 15 minutes while watching 8 cars go through the drive thru all getting their food. I decided enough was enough, so I went inside. After five minutes inside, I finally got my order. After getting home, both pizzas were cold! Last time I order from this Flyers location.

Edit: to my surprise the manager from Flyers called and left me a voicemail. He was very apologetic and emailed me a discount code. I very much appreciate the apology and discount code! I will give them another chance. Great customer service for this...

Update It took me a while to give this place another chance after a really poor experience, but since then they’ve really improved. They’ve actually become my favorite pizza spot. Their service has tremendously improved. Everyone that I’ve encountered over the past few month has been really pleasant and helpful. The food is really good. They can still be expensive from time to time, but they do have some good deals and the portion sizes are decent.

We had one of the best experiences I have ever had from a pizza joint last night. When we called and ordered they told us about their hot gooey cookies that were on sale, so we naturally added it to the order. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Ian was the employee that we spoke with, and he is certainly what made our experience even better. When we asked about a product that they no longer carry he apologized and offered something else instead. As a small business owner, I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and skill of this employee. He was friendly, professional, and extremely good at his job. Highly recommend...
