Absolutely no understanding on how to communicate with customers to navigate policy and customer needs, at this branch, in particular. Five people, including the manager, could only find a way to escalate the problem when they had no other customers to serve.
Had to drive across town to a different branch, where I found two bank employees working, I might without the need or presence of a manager, to navigate appropriately within the policy and still help the customer resolve their needs.
A married couple, simply trying to deposit a title company check for less than a thousand dollars, with all required signatures, into a good standing account more than 25 years old, with the account holders verifiably current ID, should not be a strong no- we will not help you in any way until you bow to the pressure of our single short minded way. They have the worst online system I've ever experienced, but when you opt out of paperless statements they'll charge you $3 every month just to receive a paper statement. Their customer service is awful. If you ever get locked out of your account it's quite a process to get access back.
