Taco Bell — Restaurant in Columbus

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken and cheese mini quesadilla with no cheese or seasoning for my toddler. We recieved a shredded seasoned chicken quesadilla. My husband went in to exchange it for what we needed and the manager DANIEL told my husband to check the screen after ordering... we did! It was rung up as mini chicken quesadilla without chipotle -how the cashier rang it up after hearing what we wanted. DANIEL then remade the same shredded chicken quesadilla with sarcasm.....! I went in to find out what was going on? What is so hard about this? DANIEL "educated" me that our order was rung up no chipotle when it doesnt come with chipotle and i should have ordered regular chicen not shredded chicken....... he said the cashier was new and didnt know the shredded chicken was seasoned.... i asked him "if your people dont even know its seasoned why do you think i, the customer, should know this?!" He sarcastically replied i got what i ordered! I told him i was already very specific and its not my fault your cashier didnt know! He finally said he would remake the order as it should have been then told me im not welcomed back.........!! I asked why im not welcomed back. He said because this will be the third remake and i took time away from other customers. I then asked him for the corporate number and his name after he gave me the corrected quesadilla. He replied his name was DANIEL and he will get the corporate number after hes done with the dinner rush... this was...

The food was very good however, the service was unbelievably unpleasant. During the process of taking my order, I was being rushed, however I did not spend any time deciding what I wanted. When asking what comes in one of the boxes, I was met with a very rude tone. I then asked for my drink to be without ice, it was not put on the screen from what I could make out, and when I politely reasked for no ice, I was told “I am already making it so I don’t need to write it down. I am the one making the drinks, soo..” Which I can completely understand, however the tone was very unnecessary. When the order was completed, I asked if it could be read back to me because the print on the screen was too tiny, and I was given more attitude. When explaining that I wasn’t able to see the screen, I was met with some words said under their breath, and again, more attitude. When given the food, I was given mean looks, and horrible service. There was nothing specifically said that was super off putting, however the way things were said and the fact that I wasn’t treated fairly was horrible. I would like to add that I was the only car in line, and I was relatively quick with stating my order. I called the store, however I wanted to leave this review too. This happened around 11:45 a.m...

So, I want to like this Taco Bell, I really do. The night staff is Phenomenal! That is the only reason I'm not giving lower than 3 stars. Last week though we were there for dinner 4-5PM, the parking lot was not full and not a car in the drive through either. We ordered on the app. Every single thing we got was made wrong or was so skimpy it was just like eating a plain tortilla shell. We ordered extras which were not on any of the food. It was just an overall bad experience. However, we had it again last night around 11:30PM. Same exact order down to the extras and every single thing was hot, fresh, and made correctly. We thanked them for such a good experience and let them know about the previous experience we had had. I'm not just trying to call anyone out either because I've worked fast food and know that things happen but this was not the first time we've had this experience at this location.
