La Patrona Cantina and Grill — Restaurant in Columbus

Our experience was not good. We ordered cheese quesadillas and they both had tomatoes lettuce and HAIR in them. We also had a large queso with MORE than one hair in it. When we told the waiter and asked for a refund he just brought us the tickets. We explained again about the hair and he went and got the manager. When she came out she said that she can’t refund us and just give us free food because she couldn’t see the hair. I then pulled the long hair out of the queso and showed her and she said “BRO there is no hair” very rudely. I think they should consider a new manager and not one who argues with her customers and...

I've been here 4 times so far, and every time has been GREAT. The atmosphere is clean and bright, and the decor reminds me of the murals I've seen in Puebla and Cholula. So pretty! The staff is very attentive, friendly and quick. I've ordered different items each time, and I have loved everything I've tried. They have an expansive menu, a lot of seafood choices, and a large variety of other tempting dishes as well. The food comes out quickly and is hot, delicious...and a lot. I always end up taking a portion home. Will most definitely continue frequenting and will tell others! Great...

Drove about an hour to give this place a try at the recommendation of a friend and we were not disappointed. It's a great sign of a good restaurant when there are so many tables at 5pm on a Monday. Our drinks and the complimentary chips & salsa came to our table lightning fast and our server was very nice and super attentive. After glancing through their huge menu it only took about 10 minutes to get our plates and it was DELICIOUS!
