Went in for an install on my c10 truck. I can admit I don't know much about audio systems. The setup that was sold to me didn't fit well. I was told I had to slide my bench seat forward to allow room for the speakers and the box. They were upfront in telling me this. They were. When I went in to pick up my vehicle I asked to see the work they did before paying, the vibe was..... "Why do you want to look at it?"....lol (They let me look at it) That was useless information, but I thought that was kinda odd. Anyway, when I sat behind the wheel, there just was not a lot of room. I just couldn't spend that much without being satisfied, so I returned to see if anything could be done.

On return, I left the vehicle with them for the day. I come back, and what do ya know? A new box and speakers that fit perfectly with the seat slidall the way back. The issue I have is this...They have been in business for over 25 years. They have installed countless systems in these vehicles. Why not sell me the right setup in the first place? I feel like I wasted my time and theirs. I do appreciate them making it right. I'll give them that. I didn't come in trying to low ball them or haggle them on the price. So I don't understand why not get me what I needed on the first go. They are fast. Same day service. I will not give them 5 stars for the above reasons, and I won't give them 2 either. I have a fairly old car (2007 Honda) that I plan on keeping as long as it runs great. Everything in the car works fine, but I had no way to connect/charge my phone when I’m in it. My fiancé took me to Jimmy’s Car Stereo to see what options were available. The sales guy said they could replace the whole factory unit with a new kit and Bluetooth radio that would fit my car. It was about 1:30pm on Saturday - they were going to be closing soon (2pm), so we thought we would need to make an appointment for the next weekend. They said no, they could install it right then! I don’t know much about car stereos but this seemed amazing to me! In less than one hour, it was finished. I now have a fancy Bluetooth radio that works like ones in new cars – touchscreen/phone/GPS/etc. It’s connected to the AC & steering wheel controls AND it has a USB port so I can charge my phone! I know this is not a big deal to most people but it is a HUGE blessing to me!!! Matt (the guy who installed it) was super nice and showed me how everything worked before we left. I didn’t get their names, but the two guys inside the shop were great as well, very professional. First off I will say the fellow I talked to, well he and I ahve differences of opinion. I will tell you about my experience. I walked in the door and he asked how he could help. I told him what vehicle I had and he told me about the normal setups that they do for my truck. I proceeded to tell him that I wanted something different and he kind of inferred that I was wrong about what I wanted. He asked what equipment I already had. I told him I had that covered and he pretty much gave up at that point. He told me he couldn't match me with a subwoofer because I couldn't tell him what exact amp I was gonna be using. I personally own around nine amps for subwoofers. I was looking at options not trying to match a sub to an amp. When he finally showed me subs he told me that most people go with these. These being two Memphis 12s. Now keep in mind when he first asked I told him I wanted to go with 6.5 inch subs. He and I have a difference of opinion on how to operate. He also proclaimed to me that he had been doing car audio for 26 years. Well I've been doing it for about 19 myself. I just don't own a shop so I guess that makes me stupid when it comes to car audio. They may do good work but will never have my business. Go there only if you want someone telling you what you want.
