K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Columbus

Do not go here to outfit your groomsmen. Do not go here for the service. Do not go here to be measured for a suit. There is very few reasons why you should actually go to K&G and none of them are worth what they actually sell.

An associate claimed to "reserve and order" the Nautica modern fit suit for all of my groomsmen. What actually happened is that they sold that suit to half of my groomsmen and told the other half that they would place an order for the remaining suits. The fact of the matter is that they didn't order anything. No one in the store knew about this one associate's promise to my wedding party. This same associate told me over the phone, when I called with concerns about them not having the so-called "reserved" suits in stock when half of my groomsmen went to pick them up, repeatedly assured me that they had the situation covered and that all my groomsmen would have their suits before Fall. Well, it's a month before the wedding, and two of my groomsmen were told that what they were buying was the same suit as the rest of my guys, but in fact, it was not. Because K&G ran out of the Nautica modern fit suits, they offered them similar suits and were very vague about the whole situation. This company does not specialize in outfitting wedding parties; do not let any associate convince you otherwise, or you will find yourself in the same...

I was recommend this place from mens warehouse. This was the first time getting my son sized for a suit. We were looking for a vest they did not have it but we did find a bow tie and suspenders. Even though we couldn't find what we were looking for the worker measured my son just by looking at him and had him try on the size to see if it would fit. He was right on without even measuring him with a tape measure. He did this so i could know what size to look for at another store or if i wanted to order online. This visit was so special to me. I was being mother hen and doing everything for him. The guy said his got it mom. Right then and there it reminded me that he was becoming of age into manhood and that i needed to let him. I know it may sound silly but when you are a mother raising a son and his dad not around that meant a lot to me. My husband and I were in the store when I received an urgent call from my daughter. I went out to the car to talk to my daughter and my husband got in line to pay. While in line the manager insinuated that my husband we trying to steal. He said I was outside trying to conceal my license plate. I backed in with my license plate facing the store. Some disguise job huh?? When my husband became upset and embarrassed of being accused if such a thing he refused to purchase the items in our cart we were told not to come back.
