Came with my family for my little sister’s birthday. The roller rink itself was very good, the lazer tag was too, very fun for all ages. The problem we had that was upsetting and frustrating was the staff working at the front desks. They were extremely unkind and rude to my younger siblings and myself. They cheated the 3 younger children in my family out of a collective 250 tickets and when I came to point out to the staff that the sign on the desk said “1 ticket = 1 cent” and my little sister (who’s birthday it was,) in fact did have enough to buy what she wanted (because we counted them twice before attempting to purchase,) they staff threw away the tickets in front of us and walked away. My other siblings didn’t argue with the 50+ tickets short price they were given and let the girls working cheat them out of getting what they wanted, but it was extremely upsetting to see the staff act like this to children. I also personally counted 4 arcade machines that were broken and didn’t have a sign (not to mention the 2 that were broken and did have signs), so children were just putting coins in them and not getting to play, 2 machines that were outright unlocked so kids could stick their hands in the machines (which I reported to the desk and they did nothing about), and multiple storage closets that were just fully propped open for the 3 hours we were there. In summary, if you go here, just avoid the arcade and front desk, the terrible staff makes the experience...

Unless some things change I can't se this place staying in business much longer... it was horrible.. Here's a tip.. it allow freestyle skating then have a freestyle skating session for like 5 songs or ten minutes or something but to have people skating in any direction at anytime and purposely bumping into people is not ok... I was so close to fighting someone...I would never step a foot on that skate floor again nor would I suggest this place to any person who would like a fun safe...

Bathrooms not clean antiquated facility unclean. Their service was limited could not provide safety Walker for my six year old. She filled several times while trying to learn with a group of very sore and hurting for two weeks. And asked if she could have a walker and was told no it wasn’t possible.
