I came in on 1/29 and explained that I had an event this weekend and was looking for a specific shape for my eyebrows, particularly that they not be too arched nor too rounded, and that I had been growing them out because they were shaped improperly previously. I asked if she would be able to replicate the look from pictures, and she said yes. I showed her 4 pictures (including of myself and how I had previously had my eyebrows done to my likin) and she said she would be able to do it. I asked her if she wanted to draw the eyebrows first before threading, and she said no. I also offered to hold up the pictures for her while she worked, but she again said no, so I assumed that she had a pretty good understanding of what I wanted. She ended up arching my eyebrows excessively and rounded them, exactly what I told her not to do and nothing like the pictures. When I protested, she has the audacity to tell me "but that's your eyebrow" which it clearly is not as I had evidenced with the pictures previously and an irrelevant point because she had already told me she would implement what I asked for. I dont understand why she would claim to be able to do something and then not do it, at the expense of my looks for my event. It is completely unprofessional and she just wanted to make a sale. My first time getting my browns done and I left this place very sad 😔 I've always done my brows myself and yes, I eventually messed them up, so I stopped doing anything to them for about 16 months because I wanted them to be fuller. All that hard work I put into my brows growing them out seemed for nothing after I went here. The lady LITERALLY took half my brows off when I told her I've been growing them out for so long and wanted them to stay as thick as possible. Then she tells me she cant tint them because I don't have enough hair. What! I was so sad. I left with 2004 eyebrows. I will never have anyone do them...

She's just amazing at what she does. Used to go to Perfect threading by polaris but stopped because I was paying $18 to thread my eyebrows. But Nisha only charge $10. I always have $10 cash on me and if I had to choose I'd rather spend less on threading my eyebrows. Plus side is that it is 4 minutes away from me. I don't have to go far anymore for beauty to look good. She's the best!
