The people at the front desk and the people that checked my husband and daughter in today were very rude. They did not even act like this was a childrenās hospital. The person who administered the eye drops was rough with my 12 year old daughter but once she noticed the dirty look my husband was giving her she tried to joke around. They asked questions so coldly and just moved onto the next. There was no personable interactions⦠but once the DOCTOR and the students came in, EVERYTHING changed. The doctor and everyone was super friendly and that redeemed most of the experience. The original people who asked my daughter questions and administered the eye drops suddenly became nicer. Those people never even explained any of the things they were doing or going to do to her (like the eye drops) but the doctor was great because she explained everything and talked to her the entire time.
