Went on Cinco De Mayo and of course there’s a wait which is fine. They took my name down and said that they will call me when they have any table ready in about 15-20 mins. An hour passed and I went back in and they said oh we forgot; I should be turned around then. By this time, the restaurant has pretty much cleared out so the service should have been fine however it was not. We sat down and order our drinks and food. I went to the restroom came back and about 15 mins later our food came which another server brought out. Still no drinks or anything not even offered a glass of water like the tables around us. The waitress came back ahout 10 mins later after we got our food and I followed up ahout the drinks she said oh yes one second. The tables around me received the Margarita flight that had lights and a sparkler but I received neither. Also, the portions are very small for the price compared to other places. The waitress next to me brought her customers necklaces to celebrate cinco de Mayo and again we received nothing. Our waitress disappeared again not checking to see if we needed anything. I spent $90 for just a teenager and myself on half of a quesadilla, a margarita flight that was pretty good, the smallest chimichanga and HORRIBLE SERVICE. Wish that I could get my time and money returned. I definitely...

Atmosphere - I went on opening day as I was patiently waiting since I live down the road. The first thing you notice is how gorgeous it is! I absolutely love the cherry blossom trees and plants mixed with bright murals on the walls.
Food - I got the Pollo Al Pastor and it was cooked very well! I will say the chicken was a little more on the bland side, needed more salt and maybe lime juice. But I appreciated that it was less salty than more salty! (You can always add) Also tried Fajitas, about average, but good! The salsa tasted like plain tomato sauce in my opinion, maybe more cilantro and lime needed. I guess I just really like extra flavor.
Drinks - I haven’t tried it yet but they look so tasty and fun! This place looks like somewhere you want to go and hangout at with friends. The music is a bit loud and reminds me of partying down in Mexico. I think it would be really fun if they added a karaoke night!
Will be coming back...

At 8:00 pm, the hundreds and hundreds of high wattage ceiling floodlights angled directly in diners faces are bizarre, unwelcome, and literally intolerable. We politely inquired if they could please be dimmed and were told that management stated it was not possible. At night time, the harsh lighting is noteable even just driving by on Bethel Rd.
There were dozens of staff members standing obtrusively about the restaurant - with seemingly nothing to do other than to intently observe patrons talking and chewing.
Tables, chairs, and booths are so uncomfortably close together, it appears they're set up for a private high-capacity one-time private event or reception. This is not a place to go for an intimate, relaxing, peaceful, comfortable meal with family and friends.
Our food was merely okay - but very high-priced and a la carte. Decor was an interesting, immersive Day of the Dead experience.
Overall, we wanted nothing more than to quickly flee the stark, blinding, spotlight-in-the-eyes, oddly harsh...
