I wanted to share some details about the accessibility of this store! Pitaya is a fantastic clothing store with a wide variety of items. However, there are some accessibility issues with the building. The doorway to enter the store is fairly narrow, and there is no handicap button to push to get the door to open automatically. This might cause some problems for shoppers who have a mobile impairment (e.g., in a wheelchair). There are some low racks that are wheelchair accessible, but there are also clothes hanging on higher racks that might be hard for some shoppers to reach. The clothes are organized by color, and although there is no braille to assist shoppers who might have a visual impairment, there are many friendly workers that would be happy to assist! The lights in the store are very bright, and the music is decently loud, which might bother shoppers who have a sensitivity to light and sound. I love, love boutiques and this one provides and excellent reason to stay out of TjMaxx & Marshalls because you don't have to spend all day looking to find cute, stylish clothing that is affordable. The place is immaculately clean. The staff is not pushy & answered all of my questions.
