Update: * First off it was way less than 50 ppl, it was 5 people already there, and we made it seven. The shake was basic. Stated the only thing worth it was the decorations. I’ve had better shakes from a gas station. UDF is down the street, as stated before customer service is horrible and they showed it below, and it’s been stated multiple times from other customers. Sad, you have to make time to respond to a wack shake shack because they don’t realize customer service makes the business continue to grow. The fact we traveled, spent 30 min looking for a place to part. Sent a chat message to inquire about parking before we decided to pay a meter. I left a tip before being served, I know better next time. When it doesn’t all come together your business won’t stand long. Now, let’s take a star back. Not even worth that, but I’ll bet they’ll tighten up after this post. Stop making excuses and sharpen up your customer service. It’s possible this place runs on excuses, so employees left too, or they left and never came back behind the entitled attitudes. It’s self-serve but the store has a tip jar. Why, when I’m serving myself. The store can’t even fit 50 ppl. Even if it was self-serve the server shouldn’t have came from behind the counter to deliver an order to a table.

Customer Service makes the experience not worth it. Your paying for the decorations, so pricing is not a complaint. Noticed the server bring the shake to one table, but we didn’t get the same service. Tables aren’t wiped down after someone leaves, noticed sprinkles. The server decided to bring the tray to my table and stated it’s due to the shake being messy. When in reality it’s to limit them from cleaning. No soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. Then they have signs requesting you to bring your trays and class up once your done. Honestly, take the time to make the stuff yourself by using icing to make the stuff stick, and have fun with the little one’s. Two stars is only for the decorations. You’re doing everything...

Went to Shake No 8 for the first time today with my dad and my sister after they said they were craving shakes. Upon entering, we were immediately warmly greeted by two voices behind the counter. We were standing at the register looking at all of the options they offered. After telling Said it was our first time, they patiently gave us a rundown of their menu options. We ultimately decided on the Sweet & Salty and the seasonal Strawberry Cheesecake. Took a seat in their very beautiful and inviting dining area and waited for our shakes. The shakes were gorgeous works of edible art and you could tell Shanna and Said were proud of their creations. They tasted as amazing as they looked. Overall their service was top notch and their product was delicious.

So why the 4/5? The price, tbh. I did have a little sticker shock at 2 milkshakes that cost over $38 with tip, and while the shakes were good, I’m not sure if the product alone was almost $40 worth (service and atmosphere made this a little more palatable) For that reason, I don’t think this is a spot you can frequent, but rather a special celebration like a birthday or a date night! Again, to reiterate, Said and Shanna were fantastic hosts and I was very pleased with our decision to come! Definitely worth a...

Today, August 31, enter the store located on High St, at Columbus, and order an ice cream. and the manager took more than 30 minutes to do it, and after that, i asked.. why its taking to much time?.. the order was with vegan milk, and the manager said literal, ITS YOUR FAULT..the order is taking a long time because you ordered vegan milk and that's why it's going to take us longer to make it. , she blamed me for ordering something that they have on the menu, the store didn't have water or napkins, when I asked for napkins, she treated me very badly, her voice changed and she yelled at me, "that it wasn't her fault"..about they didn't have napkins my boyfriend said "hey just we ask for napkins, and "THE MANAGER" said im not tolking with you..!!!..., this kind of people or workers demage the reputation of SHAKE No.8, and other persons into the store and us... just left, because, the attitude of this person" THE MANAGER ".., The charge was more than 40dls, we couldn't eat our orders, because when she finally gave us what we ordered she said. The store is close, she took our milkshakes and take them away from us...what to do in...
