It was a pleasure meeting store manager/owner ANDY when I stopped in PRIME Furniture recently looking to purchase the Ashley Montelaine upholstered antique white panel bedroom set. I had shopped around at multiple area stores, but PRIME had the absolute best price and customer service. The entire furniture selection and order process exceeded my expectations because of the superior customer care provided by ANDY. The furniture was ordered on 5/22/25 and was delivered a week later....very fast turnaround time. The furniture was expertly packaged with lots of protection. It arrived without a scratch or flaw. The white glove delivery/set up service is the only way to go. It was fast and efficient thanks to the pros. All too often, customers only complain when something doesn't go right. I'm a firm believer in taking time to recognize individuals when they do an excellent job. We can all use more positive reinforcement and kind words these days. With that being said, I would like to extol well-deserved kudos to ANDY and his delivery "Dream Team" of CHAD & CHRIS for demonstrating the following fine qualities that begin with the letter "P" (as in PRIME furniture!)...

Hace un año se hizo una compra de un juego de sala, juego de comedor, 3 camas unipersonales, un juego de mesas de noche para sala de vidrio, mesa de entrada, todo en una sola compra para la casa de mis Papas, fue una inversión muy costosa. Después de casi 1 año con todo esto desde el inicio tuvimos unos inconvenientes con uno de los colchones de cama, había salido defectuoso y tuvieron que cambiarlo, ahorita después de un año las camas ya no existen por la mala calidad del producto, los sofás o juego de sala igual muy mala calidad, la madera por dentro defectuosa, en la casa no hay niños como para decir que fue por esta razón, me presenté a la tienda para hacerles saber esta situación mostré las fotos y lo único que me ofrecieron fue darme un crédito de $300 para un nuevo juego de sala? Para los 3 dormitorios no hubo ningún arreglo ya que por motivos de mudanza tube que tirar a la basura las tres bases. Es lamentable ver que uno al comprar todo lo que es mueble para su hogar termine en la basura en menos de un año, fueron al rededor de $7,000 o más en esta compra y es un insulto decir que solo me darán un crédito de $300 después de haber dejado mi confianza nuevamente en esta tienda , por que yo había comprado mi juego de sala que también salió defectuosa y los que fueron hacer instalación me los habían dejado mal instalado. Ya han sido con esta varias ocaciones con problema de este tipo es mi responsabilidad como cliente hacerles ver la mala calidad de producto que venden o el proveedor que tienen NO es de Buena Calidad, estoy solamente resumiendo esta situación para dar mi opinión y ADVERTIR sobre lo que ustedes como compradores pueden pasar, NO doy mi confianza a este lugar y no lo recomiendo si ustedes buscan una opinión al respecto por eso les cuento mi historia ya que nuestro dinero cuesta y es injusto invertir solo para que esto nos dure 1 año o menos y tengan que volver a comprar todo de nuevo.

A year ago a purchase was made for a living room set, a dining room set, 3 single beds, a set of nightstands for the glass living room, an entry table, all in one purchase for my parents' house. , it was a very expensive purchase. After almost 1 year with all this from the beginning we had some problems with one of the mattresses on the bed, it had been defective and they had to change it, now after a year the beds no longer exist due to the poor quality of the product, the sofas or living room game, very poor quality, the wood inside is defective, there are no children in the house who say it was because of that, I went to the store to tell them about this situation, I showed them the photos and the only thing they offered me Was it giving me a $300 credit for a new living room set? For the 3 bedrooms there was no repair since for moving reasons I had to throw the three bases in the trash. It is unfortunate to see that when you buy everything that is furniture for your home ends up in the trash in less than a year, they spent around $7,000 or more on this purchase and it is an insult to say that they only give me a credit of $300 after I left my trust again in this store, because I had bought my living room set that also came out defective and those who were doing the installation had left it installed incorrectly. There have already been several occasions with this type of problem. It is my responsibility as a customer to make you see the poor quality of the product you sell or the supplier you have is NOT of Good Quality, I am only summarizing this situation to give my opinion and WARN about what you as buyers may experience. , I do NOT give my trust to this place and I do not recommend it if you are looking for an opinion on the subject, that is why I tell you my story since our money costs and it is unfair to invest just so that this lasts. 1 year or less and I have to buy...

I am only giving 5 stars because I don’t have the option to give more. I was in the need to refurnish my apartment after a nasty breakup. I saved big money shopping here, and for the low prices I got furniture of a quality higher than I’ve known before. Beautiful solid wood furniture and that hometown quality small business rapport that quite literally built this country and can’t be faked. They literally called me to ask for my feedback about the service after their delivery drivers exceeded all expectations. I’m glad they called, because it was right after a second delivery service botched a delivery of furniture that I had ordered from a store across the street before I found out about Prime Furniture. Where Britt’s Express couldn’t manage a delivery today, Prime Furniture with 1.5 hours before close, Sold me better replacements for the stuff I lost from Big Lots (I’m having it returned to Big Lots) they then delivered all of the furniture; and stayed after their quitting time to put the furniture together. Also, I was even able to stay in budget and get a Christmas present for a special person in my life with chronic pain. A zero gravity massaging chair with heat and hand massagers. I will quite literally never shop for furniture...
