When I went to the woodruff farm rd location in Columbus ga, I signed a lease agreement for a full living room set and paid for it then they told me the furniture was getting delivered and that it was on the truck ready to go then turned around and said my information wasn’t verified and that I wasn’t getting my furniture and hung up in my face. Me and my fiancée called around 9:30 today to let them know our bed needed to be fixed we were told they were on they’re way multiple times and even told us they would be there at 1:30 still no show, I called again asking to confirm if they were coming and they said yes, I called again and they stated they were 25 minutes out which would’ve put them at 6:10.
