KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

Because I can’t give no stars. Waited for 17 mins when I was told it would be 13 minutes. I was the first one to be told to pull around and wait. After watching one of the workers standing around and drink a soda on his “break” he was called to the counter, where he was given a bag of food to take to one of the cars waiting. He never washed his hands from break time to taking food to car time. He then delivered the food to the car parked next to me, who parked after me, and handed them the bag of food. He walked away and I watched the customer go through the food to check the order as he walked away. He returned with a new bag which was that person’s actual order. He took the 1st bag of food from her, gave her her correct order and turned around and handed it to my daughter through our window. Any other time it’s unprofessional that he didn’t check the ticket before giving it to a customer. Or that he didn’t wash his hands between break to delivering food. In Covid times!!! I was disgusted. I just left and I will never be back and this message is being forwarded to the corporate office. I didn’t stay to argue because it was almost 7pm, my kids were starving and my dog who was in the car was having a breakdown the whole time we were waiting. I...

I love KFC however every time I get chicken from them I always have to bring it back home and cook it more because its always somewhat soggy, not completely cooked and the breading is always never fully cooked. So I prepare myself to finish cooking the chicken at home. I always get the original because I'm afraid to get the crispy chicken for fear the outside will be crispy and the inside not fully cooked and I don't want to get salmonella poisoning from the chicken. I would never order their mashed potatoes and gravy because I tried to order the mashed potato poppers which they were out of because the delivery didn't come but they still gave me the gravy for dipping lol and once I looked at the gravy that was enough for me to know not to order anything that requires gravy from them I'll stick to the coleslaw and maybe fries. I try to only go to them on Tuesday for the $10 deal which is probably why the chicken is not fully cooked. But I learned from an employee that they cook their chicken the night before and heat it up the next day so there isn't a long wait but I don't think that works for them because when its busy you still have...

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR!! THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE WORKING AT KFC TONIGHT DID NOT WANNA SERVE ME SIMPLY BECAUSE I'M WHITE!!
