I don’t normally go out of my way to give places a review on Google, but my experience here was so bad that it’s worth saving somebody the time in money! I’m not a very picky person when it comes to nail salons but this place was absolutely the filthiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. There was dust caked on everything, and so much clutter everywhere! There was no organization and no cleanliness whatsoever! I was seriously so grossed out looking around. I also have reason to believe they don’t clean their tools at this place, the tools did not look clean. The whole time I was sitting there all I could think about was all the germs that we’re getting into my body through the open cut on my finger nails! The lady who did my nails did not wear i’m not a very picky person when it comes to nail salons but this place was absolutely the filthiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. There was dust kicked on everything, and so much clutter everywhere! There was no organization and no cleanliness whatsoever! I was seriously so grossed out looking around. I also have reason to believe they don’t clean their tools at this place, the tolls did not look clean. The whole time I was sitting there all I could think about was all the germs that were getting into my body through the open cuts on my fingernails! The lady who did my nails did not wear gloves gloves, which for some people that isn’t a big deal, but for me that grosses me out a lot because everybody has a lot of germs on their hands at any given time. I got glitter polish on my nails for a formal event I was going to that weekend and the glitter was so uneven and she didn’t do enough coats to make it look even. So, I left pretty upset! But, more than anything else the cleanliness was the worst part and I do not recommend this place!...

I asked for UV Gel nails. Was told I was given Acrylic by the nail technician. Then his supervisor told me that I did get the UV gel nails.But not once did I go under the UV lamp to cure my nails at all. I told the nail technicians supervisor that it would be a problem if they put acrylic on my nails because I break out and have allergic reaction I then asked to see the product that was put on my nails the supervisor brings me the big bottle of powder that said it was gel powder so I said OK you may continue to paint my nails then some women nail technician might’ve been the owner or manager not sure.But she came over to me Very aggressive saying we takeoff now. now you leave she places her hands on my hands aggressively I ask for her to remove her hands and I try to explain to her that I was only trying to get clarity and understand what was put on my nails because her technician told me that he put acrylic powder on my nails.She was quite unprofessional and rude I was quite embarrassed because I am the customer and I should be allowed to asked what product was used on my nail especially if the nail technician tells me that he put on my nails acrylic when I clearly asked for a UV gel nail.But they insisted on taking off the so called gel powered that was put on my nails and wanted me to sign a papa per before I could leave the shop. That lets me know that they did put acrylic on my nails and it wasn’t a jail service I will never go to that shop again. If you go I suggest that make sure you are clear on the service you are requesting. But I don’t recommend because they are not honest they are rude. Let me say this they aren’t all rude. The young girl that does waxing is awesome and friendly. She had my eye brows looking so good. She was gentle and fast but didn't rush the process at all, she was just that good.

Now for my nails. I needed a full Ballance but they didn't have basic colors so I just got a full and painted over my gel nails, but was still charged for gel nails?? Like what why? I had nail polish all over my hands didn't care for the color at all but she argued that was the only color she could use to cover my gel colored nails. She rushed my fill and paint it wasn't happy at all. I was also talking to a lady next to me, her and her husband was getting his and her's Mani and pedis (so cute) but my tech was just cutting into our Convo which was kinda rude but ok I was more concerned that the tech was giving the other lady dirty looks because she had asked for her to stop cutting her off while we was talking. I will not go back unless I can get a free service due to the poor work that was done to my nails, and the rudeness of the worker. I gave more than 1 start just because I was in love...
