Tiger Systems Inc. — Local services in Columbus

Seems from other reviews that this place used to be good. My experience was the worst buying and installation in all my life.

1. Estimates that aren't real-- they exceeded mine by thousands and never accomplished all that was contained in original estimate
2. Sent multiple guys to every services call- so that one could work and the others could stand around and bill for the hours.
3. Original estimate calls for connecting 3 areas in home and one outside. Inside space included a record player.- Sent a guy to service what never worked when set up. He told me "I dont know anything about record players"
4. The sales person "Jay"- admitted that his big jump to digital was his new car and bluetooth. Hey Jay-Im 50 and I made that jump in 2005 5)I count 9 service visits on my calendar just to try and get system to function (sonos). After 9 visits they determine its a cord that they provided. Maybe the cord would have been on my "to check list"
5. Thousands over budget and months of waiting for service and Im still not complete with initial estimate work.

Bottom line-- the owner is detached, the sales guy knows zero and can't remember a thing and only a couple guys know anything. I could write 5 pages on these guys- now they dont want to finish the job because I told them " I hated doing business with them". Boys get a thicker skin, actually do what you say you are going to do and hold to your estimate. Billing 29 hours at $100 per hour trying to fix what never worked is not cool. Telling me that you'll waive that time is not a discount when you still go...

TSI is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I have served globally in the US Air Force for over 26 years, and TSI is a WORLD CLASS organization. Our project leader was AJ Levell and from initial planning to final installation, he treated us more like family than customers. His team built our Theater Room and Control 4 Home Automation System using state of the art products and even incorporated our own existing equipment when possible to lower costs. Bottom line: our Theater Room is Phenomenal and on a scale of 1 to 10 our satisfaction with TSI is an 11...A++ performance. TSI gives you the Right Results, the Right Way at the Best Price. Simply put...TSI can do it all! Thanks AJ and Team...we look forward to the next project as we work together to completely automate our entire home.

I would highly recommend Tiger Systems, both for their expertise and their integrity. We have had their technicians come to our house many times over the past several years to help with our alarm system, security cameras and various audio visual needs. They have always been prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can - even suggesting ways we could achieve the best outcomes most economically, rather than simply suggesting solutions that would make them the most money. I have spoken with their owner, Bob Levell, a number of times and he has always taken a personal interest in our situation and our satisfaction. When we call them out to fix a problem or make upgrades to any of our systems, we are always confident they will do the job as well as it can be done. In short, we couldn't be happier with the service they've provided us...
