STAY AWAY! They have roaches all over and bed bugs! This hotel is dirty and smells. Upon arrival there was a bunch of guys/homeless people hanging around outside and you can tell the area isn’t the best. I’m from out of state so I don’t know what areas to avoid. It makes you uncomfortable when you’re a woman by yourself and you have these people staring you and your car down. I didn’t feel safe and I didn’t feel comfortable with my car parked outside with these people out there. The lady at the front desk was very nice though. The elevator doesn’t work so you have a take the stairs. When you’re walking down the hallways you can see roaches scattering. Once I got to the room I noticed how filthy it was right away. The floor needed to be swept and moped. There was grease and food all over the wall from the stove to the fridge which attracts roaches. The whole refrigerator had a sticky substance all over it that needed to be wiped down. The microwave wasn’t cleaned and there was even hair in it. The furniture is visibly dirty. The TV stand was really dusty. The night stand next to the bed was broken. The toilet handle was sticking straight up. There was urine all on the rim of the toilet and a roach on the toilet seat. The tub was dirty. The counter had burn marks on them.. I wonder why! They left no towels in the bathroom and no shampoo bottle. They just have a bar of soap. Roaches kept coming out of the wood works and I kept having to kill them. Went downstairs to the front desk to complain but of course they were closed for the day so no one was there. I bought bleach and other cleaning products to clean the room and try to keep the roaches away thinking of a way to get through the night until the next morning for a refund. Ridiculous I even had to by cleaning products and clean because that’s not my job! I paid to stay somewhere clean and walked into something that is so filthy. After cleaning the room I looked at the bed and noticed a bed bug crawling on it! I had no way of getting a hold to anyone since no one is there. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible business. I left immediately after that for another hotel. I had a feeling with how dirty the whole building is and how dirty the room was that I was going to see bedbugs. It comes hand and hand. This place needs to be fumigated and desperately needs a professional to deep clean. I paid for a week and couldn’t stand to even be there for as long as I was cleaning it. I felt so dirty. You definitely get what you pay for at hotels which I learned after this experience. Don’t make my mistake. Pay the extra money for nicer and clean hotel. I know it can be pricey when you are out of state and need to stay somewhere or even stay longer than a week but TRUST ME it’s money well spent. You don’t want to bring roaches and bed bugs into your car and home! Let alone spend your hard working money on a place like this. This hotel is cheap for a reason just like all the other ones in the area!! I recommend staying at hotels in the Dublin and Hilliard area. Nicer areas and clean hotels. Always do your research and take the reviews into consideration. I made the mistake of booking it quickly and not doing any research on it. Don’t waste your time and money here unless you don’t care about your living conditions and the area you stay at. If you can live like that then this is the perfect...

Nast stay we book for 4 day because we was going to Johnstown Town Flea Market to sell stuff we had to be there at 9 A.m and we are not supposed to leave until after 6:00 from the flea market . So when we got into the room we noticed that damages to the bedrooms the floor was dirty we asked for a non-smoking ended up in a smoking room that had ashes in the ashtray ashes around the bed and food too . On the floors you can feel the stickiness when you're walking . There was cigarette burns on the bed sheets. And then the bathroom there was nasty above the bathtub where the paint's chipping . The microwave was filthy. The refrigerator had red stuff all over the front of it. So when we woke up in the morning when we were heading back to our show we called hotel.com and told them about the nasty experience we've had and then they said that they called the hotel and they said they'll put us in a non-smoking room so when they put us in another room on the bottom floor four doors from the office so we came back from the flea market on September 3rd to check into the new room and the lady that gave us the key left right afterwards real fast . Because they close at 6:00 so we couldn't talk to anybody else about what that room look like so we walked into a room that had no shower curtains in the bathroom no towels no soap no shampoo then we noticed that the TV was busted and I have blue tape on it the telephone didn't work in the hotel room and then room was filthy stuff on the floor the refrigerator was busted the toilets didn't work and then you sit on the bed and it falls through the bedroom to the floor so a lot of damages in that room. And most of all we know is that in both of the rooms they were both infected with cockroaches. And we called the manager and told him that they were cockroaches and they basically didn't care so after that second room we saw we left the key at the front desk like the security guy told us to and we checked out drove 34 minutes back to the flea market had to sleep in a vehicle because there were booked up out that way so then the last two days we finally found cleaning hotels. So then we try to get a refund for the 3 days that we did not stay or and they said that they're going to charge us 3 days and only give us one day back and then she basically told us not to call her hotel again very rude. And we told them that we have tons of videos and pictures of the rooms of all the little cockroaches running around in the daylight and even through the hallways downstairs there's cockroaches running through the hallways big ones little ones this place needs to...
