This place is a joke. I paid $160 for the big chapel. I got there 45min early like they said. I was supposed to have a room for an hour beforehand to sit and get ready in. Apparently, hey had no power in the bathrooms or anywhere except for in the chapels and their offices. Being the end of May, it was very hot inside. I was as so sweaty by the end of the 15min ceremony all my makeup was ruined. People had to use the bathrooms one at a time in the dark using their phones as flashlights. I, the bride, wearing a $1,300 wedding dress was stuck in a hallway directly by the bathrooms in a metal chair before the wedding, everyone walking in saw me and it was ruined and the reveal at the alter was pointless. The photographer they offer for $100 took very low quality photos with the worst expressions on our faces. Thankfully I paid another one to do more photos because all the ones at the chapel were embarrassing. I definitely now would’ve paid a lot more to have my wedding somewhere else. It’s fine to walk in and sign papers but if you want anything sentimental or good memories of your wedding do not go there. There were way too many couples and people there it was a chaotic scene, to wear they didn’t even know the groom was the groom. Definitely needs to be organized better. It was a special day that was treated poorly and will never be able to be made right. I wish I would’ve complained sooner but I hate doing that, but as time goes on it just makes me more upset when I think about it. Hoping this review helps other couples decide to go...

Eloped and came to this location; it's very basic - an office in an office building, but for us, that didn't matter. A seemingly nice lady greeted us, Susan, and the process was straightforward. We recorded it, and you can see how absolutely happy we are. Next to our son being born, it was one of the happiest experiences I've ever had... It was definitely tampered by Susan repeatedly saying "You guys did it backwards" "Mommy and Daddy got married - they did it backwards" "You guys did it backwards" OVER AND OVER AGAIN! I wanted to tell her to keep her opinion to herself while we were there, but I was overjoyed and just decided to tune her out. On the video, though, you can hear her saying it MANY freaking times like a parrot. Way too annoying to want to play it anywhere. Luckily for us, this was an experience just for us, in celebration of our anniversary, and we plan on having a beautiful ceremony in a couple of years. Thank you, Susan, for signing our certificate, but you are the ONLY negative part of our memory of our special day, and you really did ruin our video with your unsolicited (and unnecessarily repeated) opinion. I'm sure you didn't have that intention, however professional tact and common sense should have lead you to practice more self control. I ultimately will never recommend this place to anyone looking to have a non-judgemental place to elope/marry based on...

Only came across this place because the court house didn't have my specific date. I called to set up and book and was able to do so but was not really sure if I wanted a sign and go or a ceremony. Instead of them explaining that no matter what I decided to do you will 100% not get any money back once we book you so you should be completely sure or at least give me a suggestion of maybe sign up for the sign and go first and if you want to do a ceremony you can always just upgrade to that later on. No! Melinda tells me that since I already paid for the ceremony I cant get my 80 dollars difference back! I literally called back the same day but no answer...they weren't even supposed to close til 6 so I had to leave a message but I guess it doesn't matter because once they charged my card they had no intention of that either way! That is ridiculous and an absolute scam. People change their minds all the time and shouldn't be penalized for it just because a business is desperate to keep any money that comes their way. Just know I am only going to still come for my wedding because I paid for it and there's absolutely no refunds but if anyone else out there that is looking to get married look some place else!
