What a terrible establishment! I am so sick of every time I use this location (in the same town I live in!!) There is always a problem. Most of the people there have ugly attitudes, ignore the customer, and have no clue what they are doing. Try getting someone in the electronics department to show up, they have no idea about any of their products they carry, especially the ones with their brand! I'm taking my business elsewhere for now on. I can live without Walmart, or go to another city. Today was the icing on the cake, I went in to cash a cashiers check and the lady at the desk was TRYING to help and she called her manager and she was supposed to come down and check about it. 30 freaking minutes later, the desk clerk called her again and the lady wasn't even coming down!! She finally did and told me she has never cashed one, had no idea about them, and I should go somewhere else. Didn't even attempt to try to find an answer. I work in Customer Service. If I don't know something I ATTEMPT to find the answer, try to make the customer happy. Walmart has failed. I guess that's what happens when you forget what industry you work in. To think I thought about working there. At one time I was hired, but the miserable attitude of the workers there would have drove me crazy. They hate their jobs! Corporate really ought to do a re-haul and look at their employees. I won't be...
Read moreThis Walmart barely ever has what I need. Whenever I do go I only buy one item and the check out takes 15 minutes when I could have been in and out in 3-4 minutes with a simple self checkout. Today I felt profiled in the electronics section. I only came in to buy a charger so of course I looked in every isle to make sure I made the best selection. I did feel like I was being watched especially being a WOC with a scarf and hoodie (something I threw on to make a quick run to the store). I asked for an iPhone charger and the male associate unlocked the glass and grabbed the one l asked for, shortly after he walks past me no eye contact, no communication, walking straight to the front of the store to the register not even asking if I'm still shopping... not a hey, I'm going to leave your charger at the register just hop and line and let the cashier know I put it up there... nothing. I followed him up to the register he handed the charger to the cashier and whispered something to him... I don't know what it was but the customer service was very rude in my opinion with the associate that retrieved my charger, as far as my interaction with the cashier, he was great very polite asked me how I was doing he definitely brought me positive energy in that moment. Shout out to the cashier though, that's the ONLY reason why I didn't give...
Read moreVery poor customer service. The customer service manager would not honor a manufacturer's coupon that was on the outside side of my items box, so I asked to speak with the general manager. I was told they were speaking with an associate and would be just a few. I waited for a while then instead of the general manager coming to speak with me, a department or assistant manager came. She was rude and lacked knowledge. She tried to imply that I was attempting to use the coupon incorrectly. She stated that I didn't have the coupon before my purchase, so I could use it. I then pointed out to her that the coupon read "instant saving, use now", and she changed her tune. I asked to speak with the general manager again and either he decided to leave without speaking with me or that manager lied to me because she stated that she was the only manager...
