If I could give this Sonic zero stars, I would. If you’re looking for a decent Sonic, PLEASE for the love of God, go elsewhere! I ordered a number 1 burger combo, no cheese, and add bacon. When I got home and opened the wrapper, my burger had NO PATTY. It was just bacon and vegetables. I checked the receipt to see if they may have put my order in wrong on their end and the order was correct.. Management must hire some seriously incompetent employees because who orders a burger with no patty? You literally have ONE job.
UPDATE: After my husband went back up there to get the order remade, they had to remake it not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES! First remake had cheese on it when the order CLEARLY said no cheese. The second remake had an undercooked pale brown patty signaling that they rushed our order to get us out of their hair. Oh, and for some reason this one had no tomatoes on it when those were never requested to be taken off in the first place. So, my husband went back up there for the 3rd time to demand a refund and a remake of our entire order since now, our fries and his own burger went cold. Seriously… How hard is it to read the ticket and make a burger correctly?
The sad part is, they weren’t even busy during this time at all. So, don’t make the mistake of not checking your order and leaving in good faith that your order...
Read moreI placed a mobile order and when the carhop brought it out to me she told me I could not have the condiments I ordered and that if I wanted my order exactly the way It was placed i would have to pay 3 additional dollars. This makes absolutely no sense to me as the order was placed online as well as paid for online. If you can’t make it as ordered you should come out and tell me that or have the courtesy to at least let me know over the speaker. Thinking there may have been a language barrier between me and the carhop I asked the lady over the speaker if she was a manager or could inform me as to why I could not have bbq sauce or even a packet of mayonnaise she mumbled off at me rudely about that’s how it is do you wanna pay for them or not. I asked for a manager over her rambling then I heard a click and another lady comes on the speaker yelling at me and when I ask for the store number to file a complaint she yells even louder at me that all the information i need is on my receipt multiple times. I opened my food after that and surprise all the other reviews on here are correct they just send out nasty tasting unevenly cooked food. They can’t even cook a corn dog right. I would suggest dairy cone, whataburger or any other establishment...
Read moreI usually enjoy my visits to this establishment. Large sweet tea is my go to. On my most recent visit I tried (key word: tried) to order a number 1 CUT the lettuce tomato and onion. After explaining this not once, not twice, not three or four times but five times, she assured me she understood even though the screen read wrong.( I questioned this but got no response.) I also asked for a large sweet tea. (Had to explain that no I didn’t want a peach tea but a sweet tea) when I got my order 10 minutes later I saw a medium drink and knew my order was going to be wrong. And guess what it was. Not only did I get the wrong size drink my burger was completely wrong. I would not recommend this branch of sonic to any of my friends.
